It's spacious, beds are very comfortable, the view from the balcony looks into the trees. It's close to the main road in Breckenridge so there's a fair amount of road noise when you open the windows. The kitchen could use some frying pans (stainless steel and not non-stick) as it only had one 6" non-stick pan. And all Water House units are lacking usable cooking spatulas in the kitchen (this unit had none and others have only had one melted one). All of the bedrooms have plenty of space between them so no one was bothered by noise from another room. The property is right at the south end of the Main Street in Breckenridge, which meant we hardly used our car except for outdoor exploring.
