One issue we had was incorrect directions given by property manager. After turning onto four o’clock road, make sure you turn left on kings crown (this step was missing) THEN turn right onto Snowflake Drive. It was a bit flat coming in on Snowflake run at the end of the day, but worth it to ski out to the lift at the start of the day. The kitchen was well stocked and it had a good layout (kids could stay on bottom floor). There were some maintenance issues- the pull out couch frame was bent and basically unusable. Some of the windows didn't open. The garage key pad stopped working. The ice maker and water in the refrigerator weren't working. Part of the hot tub seat was broken. We requested more towels so we would have enough for the hot tub and did not receive them. Get dressed in the heated garage and walk 30 yards to put skis on and off. Really can't get much closer. Walk to town or take a 2 min car ride down to public lot. Town was massively over crowded, and we still didn't have any issues navigating parking, etc. each night for dinner and shopping. This location is by far the best for skiers and non-skiers.
