Things to Know Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. There was front desk service 24/7, so although we didn't need anything or any help during our stay, it was great knowing they were there. Check-in and checkout processes were really smooth and easy. The high ceilings make it feel slightly larger which is a benefit. The location for skiing was perfect - the lift is right behind the building. I stayed in this condo with my two sisters and this condo was perfect! We loved sitting out on the patio, and because it’s a little further from main street, it made this a very quiet and private place. The free shuttle service to and from the condo was amazing and extremely convenient. The hot tub/pool/game area was super nice and is perfect for families. The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay, and will return here if we come to Breckinridge again! ##### Erik Y.
