VRBO or Leavetown.com WHO DID I BOOK WITH?
I found this condo on VRBO. Then I received my bills from Leavetown.com. I am not given the room I am suppose to get. I specifically asked online if there would be a bathtub. They said yes. I am also suppose to have a full size refrigerator. When I get to the condo, they give me a choice of a full size frig OR a bathtub. I really had to plead with the front desk to step in and help. I don't think I will ever book again with VRBO because they gave my account to Leavetown. So who am I suppose to call when there is a problem and I am not getting what I paid for. The picture of the room you are seeing, you may not get. Just a warning to all. Maybe for Beaver Run, you may want to get your room straight from the hotel and NOT from VRBO. I don't think I will use this company again.
