Situated in a prime ski-in, in-town location, this condo sits directly on the 4 O’Clock ski run, offering the ultimate convenience and breathtaking scenery. With 1,480 square feet of living space, vaulted ceilings, and light-filled interiors, this retreat boasts stunning 180-degree views of Peak 9 and the 4 O’Clock slopes. This spacious condo comfortably accommodates families and groups. The living area invites you to gather around a wood-burning fireplace, enjoy the oversized sofa, and unwind with a movie on the large TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking and dining together. Meals feel extra special under the glow of the rustic antler chandelier. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a luxurious steam shower, while heated floors in all bathrooms add a touch of indulgence. Drift off to sleep under warm quilts in cozy bedrooms, and wake up refreshed to the serene sound of the creek flowing along the 4 O’Clock run. Step outside to enjoy the on-site hot tub overlooking the ski run or take advantage of access to the Upper Village Pool with additional hot tubs.
