Easiest location in Breck Located exactly between the Snowflake lift, and Main Street, a 1 block walk to both. Plus, you can ski right back to the unit. We have just installed new Nectar beds throughout. You’ll appreciate vaulted ceilings and fabulous windows which provide bright, spacious living and gorgeous views. You’ll be able to relax by the gas fireplace on comfortable new furniture and notice how quiet and peaceful the place is. Want to relax in the hot tub? Its just outside your door on the side of the building, don’t forget to use the red plastic cups and towels we provide on your way out there. Want to relax on a private patio with views? You have two to choose from. A loft makes this a perfect fit for travelers with kids. They’ll ask to use the outdoor pool and hot tubs often. Have a very little one? You have space to set-up the pack-n-play provided. What can you do from your condo without driving? Ski from the snowflake lift, rent skis, stock supplies at the grocery shop and liquor store, dine at many highly rated restaurants/coffee shops/cafes, and shop Main Street. The FREE shuttle stops right outside your unit if you would like to catch a quick ride to the Snowflake lift, Peak 8, Peak 9, or anywhere in Breckenridge. If you will be bringing a car, 2 parking passes will be provided for the lot outside the building. In the Summer you’ll also enjoy front door access to the mountain’s hiking trails, and rental shops for bikes/gear. Use the FREE gondola to get to the resort’s mountain fun park. You will appreciate all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, gas fireplace, baseboard heating, private washer/dryer and two private decks. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining utensils and linens. You will have member access to the Upper Village Pool, just a short walk from your building. That facility also has three more hot tubs and an updated locker room. (The pool does close for a month in the Spring and Fall). Large beach towels are provided for you in the linen closet. The Pine Ridge condo complex also provides a gas fire pit (across the street), fitness room, and picnic areas with gas grills. A Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard rental shop is located on property and will offer DISCOUNTS for you as our guest. Additional amenities include: free wireless internet, hair dryers, humidifiers, board games, cable TV with premium movie channels, coffee maker, crock pot, and private ski locker (located on the first floor). I booked a shuttle from the airport and only rented a car to visit the Front Range. As hosts, Pierre and Jamie were super responsive to any questions or issues. The condo is super close to the snowflake lift which typically has a very short lift line. If you’re over 60, I’d recommend taking the shuttle if possible. We did eat out every night, but we ate breakfast every morning in the unit. We took advantage of the hot tub which can accommodate a lot of people. Very fun. There was a big snowfall the day before we arrived so the skiing was amazing. We had some travel issues as a result of the snow, and the owners did all that they could to advise us as to our options to get up the mountain. They also recommended some great restaurants. We spent every evening after dinner playing cards and enjoying our family time. We did use the key locker for our skis only. We took off our boots to go up the stairs but kept our boots by the door. We had our own car, but town is definitely within walking distance and parking in town was challenging. We will definitely be back. ##### Diane S. Our family loved our stay at this condo. The loft area with 4 twin beds was a hit with our family. The condo location and access to the free Breckenridge shuttle meant that our rental car stayed in the parking lot for our entire visit. We caught the shuttle every morning to hit the slopes and then skied back to the unit every afternoon. It was so easy and having the use of a ski locker on the ground floor meant that we did not have to haul our gear to the condo. We also utilized close access to Christy Sports located across the street for our rentals. This saved a lot of time and headaches. The condo was very clean and the owners were a pleasure to communicate with. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again! ##### michelle m. The kids stayed in the loft and the adults took the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. This condo could easily hold 8 people comfortably, and 2 more on the pull out couch if needed. The guest bedroom with the queen does not have darkening blinds, so whoever stays in this room will be up with the sun. The loft offers four single beds and a good amount of room. It does get warm up there, so our kiddos kept the windows cracked a little and used the fan to blow the hot air out. There was plenty of hot water, and humidifiers. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Even had some coffee in the freezer if we ran out. The condo is up several flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so be prepared to haul all your stuff up the stairs. The locking ski locker held 5 snowboards and 1 pair of skis and polls. There are no shelves or hooks, so we did not leave our boots in the locker. The washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient, but is the smaller stackable type, so be mindful of the load size. The host provided large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers in each bathroom, Laundry detergent and dryer sheets as well as zip locks, aluminum foil, dishwashing detergent, and enough garbage bags for the week. The hot tub is right next to the condo and was convenient to walk to. The walk up to the Snowflake lift takes about 5 - 8 minutes depending on what gear you have on. It is up hill so take your time. There is a bus stop halfway up the hill, but it is just as quick to walk it. We skied down 4-Oclock run to the sister condo and walked across the street when returning. Very easy return, but for the snowboarders there are a few flat spots. The condo was perfect for walking to town, probably a 5-minute walk to main street. We enjoyed shopping and even walked to the Troll from the condo. If you're looking for a location that is central and an easy walk to access all terrain levels, this is a great place. The host was amazing and ensured we had everything we needed as well as extra keys. We will look to book this condo again in the future. ##### Heather R. The condo is big, perfectly centrally located, a short hike to Snowflake Lift, 7 minute walk to Main Street, with a Christy Sports right across the street. And the owners are wonderfully helpful. The only 'slight' drawback might be access to the pool/hottubs, but we were too tired to try using them anyway. So we didn't miss it. Every time we remembered something that we had forgotten it was available in one of the cupboards or closets. We could not have asked for easier check-in, a cleaner condo or better location. We will stay here many times in the future I can’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely loved the location of the property as it was walking distance to and from town/ restaurants, and a short walk to snowflake lift! This property was very comfortable and spacious allowing for 10 people to sleep! The balcony made for beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge, and we had a pleasant experience with the owner!! Highly recommend, and would love to visit again! ##### Clark C.
