Escape to Breckenridge and bring your large group to this roomy, two-story condo for year-round outdoor activities. Walk to the slopes and Main Street and enjoy access to a shared sauna.

Located in The Lift condominium complex, this condo is within walking distance to Peak 9 (the Quicksilver chairlift and Ski & Snowboard School) and is only a block from shops, restaurants, and bars.

Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows, and cozy furnishings. Kick back on the leather sofas in the living room and enjoy a movie on the cable TV, complete with a DVD player. Warm up with a mug of hot chocolate and a fire while you stay in touch with friends back home, thanks to the free WiFi access. In the summer, head out onto the deck and relax with a cold beverage while you take in lovely mountain views.

The open design leads you to the dining area, which features a long table. Hang out for a lively card game in the evening, or enjoy meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. With standard appliances, including a dishwasher, and all the cookware you need, meal prep and cleanup will be a cinch.

Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and patio access. A shared washer/dryer is located in a separate building.

As you walk to the lift, enjoy the view of ice skaters down below on Maggie's Pond. At the end of a long day up and down the mountain, you won't have far to go for a soak in one of the four large hot tubs at the Clubhouse at the end of the cul-de-sac. If you're in Breck in January, check out the annual Snow Sculpture contest and the Ice Castle, open until late March. Take a draft horse-drawn sleigh ride through town. And of course, the village is brimming with excellent eateries and bars for apres ski.

Catch the 4th of July parade and the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo in the summer. Start your day with a river raft trip down the Blue River, and end it with a concert by the National Repertory Orchestra. Head to Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, and fill your day with rides on the alpine slide and the two-person roller coaster. Get the kids out for miniature golf and pony rides, and give the fun maze a try.

Required title

Great place!Could handle a ton of kids in the loft, but we didn't have any kids with us this time. There is a flat iron griddle in front closet for a mass pancake breakfast should minions exist.It's a 5-10 minute walk in your ski boots to the lift. It's the same walk to the start of town, which is wonderful for the price point we had for this trip!We needed a parking pass delivered, and the staff was very responsive.

Great location, unit needs some attention

Loved the location, we were able to walk everywhere, but the space itself was a little rough. Closet doors had broken knobs or none at all, blinds were broken or missing, carpets were torn, the sliding door struggles to open on the front porch and the dishwasher was not secured to the counter- we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Overall it’s a little disappointing to rent a place that is in such poorly kept condition. They need to hire a handyman or be more upfront in the description so people know what they’re paying for.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, we went and bought new pillows. All pillows were like napkins, electrical outlets wouldn’t hold plugs, needed to prop our chargers and household appliances up to stay plugged in, dishwasher leaked, didn’t find the parking pass until 3rd day, had to text for every code needed.( have a welcome packet with all necessary info) had to pay for laundry when the listing clearly stated there were laundry facilities, sliding door only opened 1/3 of the way, have the blinds on slider are missing, just old and tired. REALLY needs updating.

Location great but needs furniture and carpet replacement. Way overpriced for condition. Dining room chairs are dangerous. Blinds and sliding doors don't work. Mattresses very uncomfortable.

Great value but needs big improvements!

This is a great place next to everything you want in Breckenridge. The unit seems to be in the middle of upgrading and there are many damaged and broken fixtures in the unit. None of these affected our stay but the management company should put a hold on renting till everything is fixed. Even with the items mentioned above, it is a great value!

The location is great, but the place is tired and not everything functions. Only half the outlets worked with our phone chargers. The heat was sporadic (and missing when we needed it). The lighting was dim, and most of the improvements seemed like they were done in a Friday afternoon- close, but not quite complete. Great location but I wouldn’t rent it again for myself.

Great location, interior needs some work

Location is optimal for ski rentals, walking to lifts, access to restaurants and downtown. Condo furniture is uncomfortable and old, beds in loft in particular are not sleepable, thermostat wires are exposed and tacked to wall, fireplace did not work, carpet is terrible. No instructions provided on accessing hot tubs. Overall though, it was fine for three fellas just there to ski and eat out.

The property was not well-represented in the photos. Overall impression of the property is that it is worn, tired, and outdated. Blinds in bedroom were broken or did not provide privacy to outside. Several outlets did not work, TV's/Cable did not work or and/or tangle of cables were problematic or had short that prevented use. Carpet was worn and needs replacing. The property was clean but seems unloved. Needs attention to detail. Would not recommend.

Take the Good, Take the Bad

Great location and communication from agents. Lots of space. Avoid if you don't like stairs (with ski equipment). Hot tubs are always full and/or shut down (most disappointing). They really shouldn't advertise hot tub accessibility. Standing room only even if some of the hot tubs are working. Whole place needs attention maintenance wise. No washer/dryer in unit. Never found them on the property. But you get what you pay for and the place is decent. Walk to lift isn't bad (5 minutes or so). Coffee shop, rental shop, gas station, brewery - all walking distance. Parking under the unit for one car.

Great Location. But that is it.

Condo is in serious need of work. Poor plumbing, broken blinds on windows, beds not comfortable and some broken. Only one parking pass. Solid not get codes for hot tubs or laundry. Only one parking pass. Basics required multiple calls. Great location walking to lifts and town made the week.

Mostly wonderful

Location, location. House was well equipped and slept my whole family. That's saying a lot. We loved our stay. It was clean and roomy. Still I had a few issues with Vacassa, however, who manages the property. The information given to us prior to arrival was confusing at times. The lock box and the lock on the door were confusing.and not explained clearly.. The code was for the lock on the door even though it said it was for the code on the lock box next to the door. Even when you entered it on the door you needed to do a quick maneuver in less than a second to get it to open and the whole process could have been explained so that we didn't lose fifteen minutes of our time trying to get it. Also there was no recycling center by the dumpster as we were told about in the cover letter. There was no sauna that we could locate and we were asked if possible to start our dirty sheets or towels in the laundry room. Well the laundry room had a code on it that we didn't have access to and the machines when we finally got in cost money to use with no machine to supply change. Again some clarity on your part would have stopped ;us from wasting time. There was a nice pool and hot tub but no code to get into that and in fact no mention of that. So just some unnecessary sloppiness on the part of Vacassa that could be easily remedied.

The property was clean and convenient to town. My only suggestion would be to have a box fan or two available during the summer as the loft was stuffy.

We were surprised at how large the unit was. So many sleeping options and great family space! Loved that we could walk everywhere. Pool and hot tubs were a huge hit with the kids. Terrific experience!
