It’s a very quick walk to dinner, drinks, or morning coffee. We took the shuttle service to Peak 8 and Peak 9 for skiing. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You won't get much privacy from other guests in this unit, as the upstairs loft bedroom is "open window" to the main floor down below, where a big Murphy Bed swings out of the wall and a sofa bed is also available if you really want to squeeze a lot of people in. But everything is efficiently designed and organized. Humidifiers upstairs and downstairs are a thoughtful and necessary, albeit often overlooked, touch. The key is the River Mountain Lodge location--a nice building ideally located. only one block from the restaurants and activities in town, and also just across the street from the very bottom of the Breckenridge ski run, Four O'Clock to Town. You do need to take a bus up to the lifts in the morning, but skiing home at the end of the day is a great luxury. Building amenities are good--hot tubs, swimming pool and (modest) workout room, as well as a lobby bar and a downstairs pub. ##### Lee T. The condo was roomy, clean and comfortable. Very convenient to enjoy all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The only con is that it is situated on Hwy 9 making it rather noisy.
