Just fully remodeled and furnished! Riverbend is a beautifully designed property, ski-in/ski-out to the Snowflake lift 50ft out from the building door and is surrounded by open space and wetlands with close proximity to downtown Breckenridge (7min walk or free town bus ride). This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit is situated away from most of the other units (no one on either side or above), has a soaring two-story ceiling with a wall of windows in the living area offering plenty of natural light and is literally a 50 foot walk to the lift. Guests love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer. The unit is finely decorated and has all the amenities, including a spacious open floor plan with in-floor radiant heat, brand new LED flat screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, private deck, gas fireplace, washer/dryer in the unit, luxury bedding, plenty of storage space, 2 Xbox 360 game systems with assortment of games and movies, Netflix & Hulu subscriptions, an assortment of family board games, books and puzzles, and a stereo system with an ipod dock. Tyra Riverbend Lodge is also located next to Blue Sky Lodge, which has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and a small ski rental shop for any ski rentals, as well as any items you may have misplaced or forgotten. The proximity of the ski lift to the villa doesn't get better than this. The lift was never busy compared to some of the others and the lift is literally steps away from the door to the complex. The heated parking garage and lockers for your gear made our mornings really easy and convenient to get to the slopes right at opening. Kitchen was well equipped, and the puzzles and games kept us occupied in the evenings. We walked to the Breckenridge Brewery which was less than a mile and was much easier than finding a parking spot. Overall beautiful villa with a perfect location. Walking/hiking Trails right outside Condo. Excellent communication with property owner and property manager. Very responsive. Immediate attention and response to all concerns, questions and issues. Complex is a bit dated, but the unit, location, and price overrides the age of the property. We had a wonderful time in Breckinridge and surrounding areas. ##### Dinah L. The heated parking garage and lockers for ski equipment was fabulous. The unit was a bit dated, but very comfortable. Excellent location to Mainstreet and the Snowflake lift was right outside the back door of the building. The bathroom tubs need to be replaced though. New appliances in the kitchen! You could also take the 4 o’clock run all the way back to the condo after a day on the slopes. It looked like all the kitchen appliances were new. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Beautiful condo. Out the back door is the Snowflake lift. Next to the lift is the lift ticket office and Charter ski rental. The underground parking was great and the condo was near the elevator. We never heard any noise from anyone else. Everything was in good condition. Only issue we had was we took a load of stuff to the car at 9:58 - got back at 10:02 and our code no longer worked! So just be aware that when they say check-out is 10AM, they mean it! ;-) We were able to call the number on the VRBO listing and a lady gave us a backup code. ##### Nora R.
