The condo was close to town so we were able to walk many places. They were also quick to respond when we needed another box fan to keep the rooms cool during the day. We were disappointed the hot tub was under construction and we were not aware of that before we booked our stay. Also the queen bed was not properly resting on the bed frame so it sagged and was uncomfortable but I think that should be an easy fix and we let the property manager know it needed attention. Coffee machine is broken. Beds are comfy. Pool and hot tub situation were nice but wish the pool opened earlier. Management company is alright, pretty flexible, just wish you could check in earlier if the rooms available without the extra fees. ##### Morgan T. Our three girls shared one room and my husband and I had the other. Our son slept on the fold our couch and made it his little domain. We all had an amazing time in Breckenridge; the views were spectacular as the deciduous trees were turning colors amongst the pines. The underground (and heated) parking is a huge game changer! We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and storage was spacious. We had some trouble with keeping the unit at a comfortable temperature and the thermostats are initially confusing. The laundry facilities were not convenient. The change machine was not working and the dryers did not heat well. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend! ##### Brian L.
