Brand new home, location is unbeatable, oxygen piped to the bedrooms at night, spacious common areas, hot tub, large sauna, firepit, heated outdoor living, fully equipped gym. Designed by renown mountain home architects Allen-Guerra and completed in 2023, this beauty was built with the highest standard of finishes, furnishings and luxury amenities with 6000 square feet of spacious living. It is a TRUE ski-in/out property, which means you can literally ski from the back door to the lift. Most properties that advertise "ski in/ski out" actually are NOT as they require a lengthy walk or bus ride before you can put on your skis, so check before you book. That is significant because everyone in your party can come and go as they please...no schlepping equipment, or dealing with traffic, parking, ski busses, or the long gondola line. You'll also be only a three-block walk from the free shuttle which offers a 5-minute ride to either the lifts or downtown Breckenridge. The Nordic Center which offers world-class XC skiing is also only a 3 block walk. Whether you are one family or three, the wide-open main level floor plan will easily accommodate everyone, with a large dining area, majestic stone fireplace, grand piano, and high-end TV and sound system. The gourmet kitchen, with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances and a built in coffee maker, is fully appointed for everything you'll need to create an elaborate meal or lay out a quick-and-easy buffet. While the cooks are at work, the rest of the crowd can join the conversation on the 8 bar stools at the counters surrounding the kitchen. The home is situated on a stunning, one-acre lot, ringed by trees for privacy, peace and quiet -- so unusual for a property this close to the slopes. Huge windows bring the nature and bright sunshine inside, with stunning views of the trees, surrounding mountains and ski slopes. Step out on to the deck where you can entertain with couches around a large fire pit, built-in barbecue grill right outside the kitchen door, comfy heat lamps above a covered separate seating area, and an inviting hot tub large enough for 7-8 people. Downstairs you'll find a brand new sauna that easily accommodates five people, a large movie & rec room with gas fireplace and 85" TV, Tornado foosball table, board games, a fully-equipped gym, and wet bar. Sliding doors offer a flat walk-out to patio with views of the beautiful back yard and a second fire pit. The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat, with vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, and direct access to the patio and private hot tub. The primary suite also has two separate baths offering extra privacy and unique amenities--one with a large stone-tiled spa shower with steam bath, and the other with a luxurious oversized bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom suite is on its own floor on the upper level, with king bed, en suite tiled bath, a vaulted ceiling with beams and a private deck offering amazing views of the surrounding peaks. Two additional bedrooms also offer king beds with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the patio. A fifth bedroom has four built-in bunk beds--two queens down below and two twins above. The five bedrooms are spread out on three levels of the home, offering greater privacy and peace. A built-in oxygen system has piping to all the bedrooms which dramatically helps with adjustment to the altitude. (Note that only 2-3 of the bedrooms can receive oxygen at any given time.) There is a spacious ski room on the lower level to get ready to ski in comfort. Skis and snowboards are stored in the ski cabinet right outside the ski room door a , only a few steps from where you'll ski out.
