Perfect for Large Groups - Near Peak 9 & 10 - Quiet Residential Setting

Casa de Alta is a spacious 6-bedroom home that offers three separate living rooms, allowing groups to gather in various areas while also providing plenty of privacy. Located just a short distance from Main Street Breckenridge and the ski resort, this distinctive vacation home is perfect for families and groups. Advanced skiers can access the slopes via the Burro Trail (conditions permitting), and the trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking during the summer months.

The main level features a dining area that seats up to 16 people—8 at the dining table and 8 at the kitchen counter—making it perfect for large meals and easy entertaining. Also on this floor, you’ll find four of the six bedrooms. The first master king suite has a private bathroom with a jetted tub, and one queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the common areas. Additionally, there are two bunk bed rooms—one with two bunk beds and the other with a captain’s bunk (twin over full)—which share a bathroom between them.

On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms and a second living room. The second master king suite features a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The queen bedroom has a shared full bathroom with dual sinks. This level’s living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD Blu-Ray player, a gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa.

The upper-level living room is a great space for kids, featuring a pool table, flat-screen TV, DVD Blu-Ray player, stereo, and a gas fireplace. With a sleeper sofa, it’s perfect for winding down after a day of adventures. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the private indoor hot tub without having to brave the cold outdoor air. And don't forget to take in beautiful views of Peak 8 from the front deck.

Located in the quiet Warriors Mark West residential neighborhood at Peak 10, Casa de Alta offers quick access to Main Street Breckenridge (less than 2 miles away), where you can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife, and all the amenities of this charming mountain town. The free shuttle is conveniently located at the corner of Gold King Way, providing easy access to the slopes or into town.

This home is truly ideal for large groups, offering spacious accommodations and plenty of amenities for a memorable Breckenridge getaway!

Breckenridge Vacation Home

The Rental Unit was generally not very clean, not swept well and not vacuumed well. The appliances were not in working order, the windows would not shut and lock, there was a bedroom window without any blinds, the sheets did not fit the mattresses they had been placed on, there were dirty socks and trash left under beds from a previous guest and there was a dead bat in the garage.

Good for a large family

My whole family stayed here while visiting Breckenridge for my Dad’s 70th birthday. It was a great home base for our Breckenridge visit. The Burro Trail was within walking distance of the house which was awesome for early morning hikes to get the day started. We had a few kinks upon arrival but the management company was very responsive and came out and got it cleared up.

In desperate need of repair and rude mgmt co

Many things in the house need repair, and the landlord and mgmt company did nothing when I reported it. Broken items include bunk beds, bunk ladder, hot tub, doors, lights, exposed outlets, dishwasher, toaster oven, carpet stains, etc. You can find a much nicer property for the cost!

Beautiful Vacation Getaway

We had a great stay with our family & friends at this beautiful vacation house in Breckenridge. There was ample space throughout the house for our group. All of the house amenities met or exceeded our expectations. The close location to downtown & the ski resort was a huge plus as well.

For a large group of 15, the house worked really well, especially with most of the rooms having their own bathroom. The teenagers enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, while the adults were able to relax. Some parts of the house are a bit dated, like carpets and furniture, but it easy met our needs for a long weekend.

This was a great place for adults! Lots of space for bedrooms, pretty good kitchen facilities, clean, etc. The hot tub makes a lot of noise if you’re sleeping in either room beneath it. A fairly quick and easy ride into town.

1. Upon arrival the fireplace was on (end of June), house was extremely hot and smelled bad 2. Carpet ripped, exposing tack strip received cut on foot 3. Several of the ceiling fans did not work 4. Glass enclosed Bathtub/shower not usable, hot water valve missing 5. Several of the doors had loose hinges, causing doors not to close properly 6. Pod coffee maker not working, listed as "will not work in high altitudes" With some repairs and upgrades, this could be a very nice property.

Rental needs some love

We had a great time with our family and friends but the rental could use a little love. The beds and pillows need to be updated. Teenagers chose to sleep on couches instead of bunk beds. The kitchen needs to be stocked better. Or at least state to bring your own trash bags, kitchen towels and hot pads. Location was beautiful! We made it work and had a great time anyways.

Needs help/ would not recommend

The property requires a deep clean, and an update, wear and tear are obvious. Carpet was torn, shower nozzles kept falling, stove/oven did not work correctly, grill located on porch did not work. Asked if we could use new appliances in lower part of house, we were told we could not. We made the best of it since we had planned on cooking, brought groceries for that purpose so we wouldn’t have to make reservations, which are almost impossible to get. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great House for large Group

Nice but....

The house was what we expected, and was clean and the kitchen plenty big for cooking for our group. It was close to town without being too close. The only downside was that the hot tub being on the main floor (and not outside on a porch) was a significant annoyance. When the tub filter motor kicked on (fairly frequently), the noise resonated very loudly thru the floor boards into the two bedrooms below. For the bedroom directly below the hot tub, the noise was so loud no one would use it. We did not shut off the hot tub's power, since there were 2-3 signs posted to not do so.

July Family Reunion

Had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge... Warriors Mark House (Casa de Alta) was perfect size for our family and close to other houses rented by other Reunion families. There were a number of items not working when we arrived that we phoned in, wrote about in the register and had read about in other reviewers’ comments... and had asked about before we arrived. None of these particularly detracted from our stay, but should be attended to: 1. Non-working front right burner on the stove, 2. light out in refrigerator, 3. two lights out in fan/light over fireplace, 3. broken lens in tall light to right of fireplace, 4. Noise of the hot tub over lower level bedrooms at night ... should be able to turn off tub at night, but hot tub very cool addition indoors, 5. Loose hand held sprayer in shower on main floor, 6. Uncomfortable mattresses, esp. king size in main level master suite (was in another review that we asked about)... need replacement, 7. broken cue stick at pool table in loft... pool table is very cool addition 8. Grill needs exterior and interior cleaning, 9. Broken top on small white plastic table on deck, 10. A couple other minor items we left in register. But our stay was perfect.... house just needs minor maintenance to enhance the experience. Thanks.

Overall experience was great. Comments were accurate some appliances in “apartment area did not work. Main area appliances also had issues. Still very good value and worked well for our group. We would stay here again.
