The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. Your family and friends will love it; all you have to do is book it! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. I mention this only for the sake of getting them fixed. We managed fine We were not given any extra bath towels, however, they were very helpful in getting more when requested. Before leaving, I had sent an email inquiring if there was a crockpot on the premises. I was told no. After lugging one there from home, there was one there. Again, maybe just update amenities. Condo was updated and furniture was in good condition. Overall the kitchen was functional but could have been improved with a few more staples (foil, sponge for cleaning, ziploc bags, etc). Like most places in Breckenridge there is no AC and both bedrooms were very hot even with available fans. The windows opened to the walkway which was noisy and reduced privacy. The unit faces 4 o’clock Ave which is busy so with the windows open it is very loud with all of the bus and truck traffic. The majority of the bedroom pillows are flat and need to be replaced. We noticed the extra blankets stored in the living room were all covered in what looked to be pet hair and needed to be washed. Like other reviewers had mentioned going back months is that the sliding door does not close all the way and cannot be locked. In addition, you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors take day and night. Breckenridge is one of our favorite destinations but we will look at staying somewhere else the next time we are in town. ##### Richard S.
