But we still love the summers there, and so we decided to rent. Resort Managers was recommended to us by our good friends from Breckenridge Jewelers. It was an excellent recommendation. The people were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The location of the place we rented, The Atrium, was perfect for us, close enough to Main Street to walk and near enough to Boreas Pass for an additional morning stroll. Resort Managers was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. When an issue with the TV arose, they took care of it expeditiously. I called him when I had trouble booking my flight & he helped us by pushing the reservation a day so that we could get a better flight. The condo was clean & very warm. They even had heated floors in the bathrooms, which were unexpected but appreciated! It was spacious and well equipped for cooking. Hot tub door code was not correct as provided so we were not able to use it for two days2\. Hang the TV in the master. It was sitting on a Pictionary box leaning on a bar stool in the corner3\. Bus system was not running (not owners fault) should have been made aware. Stated in the description this was an option. 4\. Could update cabinets (just paint new counters) this would give the place a brand new feel.5\. Resort manager was prompt with her responses to the hot tub issue. The proximity to town gave huge savings in parking fees. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the kitchen was updated and worked well for cooking meals. This unit was spacious enough the all 6 of us felt as if we had our own space in down times, yet provided a large table to eat and discuss the day, play games, etc. Outside the deck was spacious and had two gas grills and a hot tub. The down sides - the grills were not very well maintained. I had to clean pretty extensively and re-position the burners in order to use them.
