Nestled in an aspen grove with a large back yard to relax or play in, this town home is perfect for a relaxing get away to recharge and reconnect with your family and friends. A spacious three bedroom floor plan with open living/kitchen area makes entertaining and gathering easy. Enjoy a movie night in the lower level or play a game of Foosball! The kitchen is well appointed with top end appliances, fully stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils and spices. In the summer enjoy a great meal on the deck using the Weber grill and listen to the breeze rush through the aspens. In the winter the ski resorts just a half mile away! You can walk there in 10-15 minutes or hop on the shuttle that picks up just outside the door, literally less than 50 steps away! A brand new hot tub has been installed as well! The master bedroom has a new king memory foam bed. The downstairs guest room is set up with a new queen bed. The bunk room has a total of 4 twin beds (there's a fold out memory foam cot in the closet) This property can be rented with the one next door to create a great space for a large family reunion, wedding group or corporate retreat. Terrific location, literally steps from the Free Bus stop. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Abundant quality linens and towels for all guests. Hot tub well maintained and hot! Parking accommodated three vehicles on site. Kitchen open area was perfect for gathering, cooking and playing games at large dining room table. The scenery, snow, and mountains were just breath taking. Unfortunately, overall cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. The downstairs bathroom had mold and mildew on the shower curtain. The sofa bed downstairs was dirty. It looked like what appeared to be bed bugs when we unfolded it. Additionally, the mattress cover was dirty as well. When the property manager was made aware he disputed the concerns initially then later said it wasn’t bugs just crumbs from where someone had been eating in the bed. The manager said he’d bring the housekeeper in the following day to clean sofa bed. However, the next day no housekeeper showed up. When I contacted the property manager to ask if he was still planning to send a housekeeper he said no he would just give us a $125 credit and we could wash the mattress cover ourselves. The property manager seemed to be bothered by me contacting him. We’ve always had great experiences with VRBO property but this one was not. Plenty of room for everyone and having 2 separate living areas helped keep everyone happy. Everything was clean and in great shape. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Actually, the whole house is equipped with everything you might need! It was great having access to the garage so that we could safely keep our bikes. I liked the location a lot because being on the south side of town, we could easily go into town and back with much less traffic, while being in a quiet neighborhood. Brett's communication was top notch. Everything was exactly as he said and I appreciated the pictures included with directions, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and the Stay Living the Dream management. ##### Ony A. I've got three boys, 6, 4, and 2, and they loved the basement layout. Great for families with young kids because the kids can hang out in the lower level playing games or watching movies while the adults are upstairs in the main living area. Location is fantastic as well. Just a couple minutes drive to Main Street and in a great neighborhood. ##### Brandt B.
