Unwind after a day of exploring in the outdoor barrel sauna or soak in the six-person hot tub, both located on the lower-level deck just outside the entertainment room. This home is pet friendly with an additional fee of $150 per pet. Living Room: Entering the home from the main front door just off the driveway will take you into the main living room located on the second floor of the home. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. There is space for 4 vehicles in total in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. The management team was extremely helpful as well. First, each level of the home was so clean and has a simple but modern and homey feel. The view – amazing. The hot tub – amazing. An outdoor sauna! – super amazing. If I'm in the area again, I will for sure stay in this house again – hopefully for more than one night. It was comfortable and cozy. Basic kitchen things provided and the house seemed clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The reverse osmosis water was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy bottled water! we didn't use the basement much as it didn't have heat and was very cold. The hot tub had not been cleaned and was full of algae which was a huge disappointment because that was one of the reasons we booked this house. the sauna was also not functioning properly as the door didn't seal shut and there was ice on the floor that didn't melt as we used it. Location was great as it was only a 10 min drive to downtown Breck and 15 to the grocery store and mountain parking lot for skiing. The drive up to the house will require 4-wheel drive. We had a ton of snow while we were there and they sent people to clear the deck a couple times which was very nice. We would stay here again. ##### Allison H. Séjour de 1 nuit en novembre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Bill L. 13 oct. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Heaven in the Pines Spacious home suitable for all age groups as there are two bedrooms on main level with full bath accessibility. Master upstairs with on suite. Bunk beds in loft for younger people and hide a bed in downstairs with full bath. Laundry room available and full kitchen. WiFi was good with only very occasional outage which was short term. Stayed 3 weeks and we will be back. Suggestions for long term renters. ##### Bill L. Kitchen wasn't fully stocked with spices/condiments, but did have all types of pots, pans, and utensils. Would suggest the owners provide a couple of humidifiers for the summer, as it was very dry within the house, but otherwise it was great. ##### Joel G.
