The nearby Burro Trail offers excellent opportunities for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. While it connects to the resort area, it is not an official ski-in/ski-out route, guests will need to use the shuttle or drive for lift access. Designed for entertaining and relaxation, this home features expansive living spaces, breathtaking views, and thoughtful amenities for families, friends, or groups seeking the ultimate alpine getaway. Each bedroom is equipped with a SmartTV, and beautiful views abound. This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. The house feels like a true home, well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture, games/books for all, awesome game room, huge 8-person hot tub, gourmet kitchen, and the little touches like well-stocked amenities (hot tub towels, dishwasher pods, 3 laundry rooms, etc) are so appreciated. As former VRBO owners, we noticed the little things that go a long way when traveling from afar. Minor things turned up and the rental agency management promptly addressed them all, even on weekend days.
