With a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, three queen beds , and a twin and double bunk bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy entertainment options like a DVD player, board games, and a ping pong table located downstairs. Backing up to Arapaho National Forest, you'll find hiking trails just a short walk away, inviting you to immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy breathtaking mountain and river views from the comfort of your deck, where you can also fire up the gas grill for a delightful barbecue. At the end of the day, take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.  
  
This dog-friendly home ensures that your furry friends can join in on the fun, and with amenities like a washer/dryer, hair dryer, and linens provided, your stay will be comfortable and convenient.
