1. I asked for early check-in and was told no, so we didn't leave Denver until 2:30 to arrive at 4pm, only to receive early check-in approval at 3pm and we were still an hour away. Because both vehicles were fully loaded, we had to unload before picking up 9 equipment rentals. That led to problem #2.2. I booked two luxury AWD SUVs from Enterprise in March 2023 to haul six grandkids and six adults with gear and food up to Breckenridge. Friday December 22, 2023 Enterprise tells me they have no cars. By Saturday morning I have two SUVs, an AWD and 2WD, so fully loaded we had to leave some items at home. On arrival, both vehicles slid down the icy driveway. When attempting to head out for the equipment rentals after unloading, we could only get the AWD out and after reporting then problem to the PM, rather than being understanding of the cards dealt me by Enterprise, the PM proceeded to lecture me that it was my problem and no plowing would occur until/less 4" of snowfall was recorded in a 24 hour period. That was an unacceptable, necessitating an evening rental run and another the next morning rental run, resulting in a very late arrival for my granddaughter at BOECs adaptive program and late starting times for the remaining 10 skiers.While corrective measures to plow the driveway did occur the following days, refills for empty soap dispensers delivered and a late checkout granted that we ultimately didn't use, I expected five start service to accompany a five star property at the onset and was sorely disappointed.The "Overall" and "Property Location" lost a star each due to the frozen driveway situation which was a clear "Safety" issue.
