A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred. Other things to note Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete a brief identity verification through our secure Guest Portal. Completion of the verification step is required to finalize check-in details. Beyond verification, the Guest Portal serves as a convenient resource for your stay. Where applicable, access information, smart lock details, and device controls will be provided there. The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval. At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection.
