Being a guest at Slopeside Manor gives you access to One Ski Hill Place, Breckenridge's Premier Resort. Amenities include swimming pool, fitness center, bowling alley, movie theater, game room, restaurants, and free in-town shuttle from the property.

This was a great home with great property management who proactively reached out multiple times to ensure everything was going well. They shoveled the snow and everything in the home was thoughtout. This was by far the most memorable trip for our family.

Our family had an incredible stay here. The house is huge and modern with every amenity. We have a large family but still had SO much space to spread out. The host was super responsive while we were there and responded within a few minutes anytime we had an inquiry! It is very close to town and the slopes. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

Haven't been to Colorado in 10 years. Our family has 3 generations and 13 members and has vacationed at a different location each of the last few years. We enjoy a big house where we can relax, make our meals, and enjoy activities in and around the property. Slopeside did not disappoint. Roomy and comfortable. Everyone wanted to stay!

Great house in a perfect location. Easy access to ski runs on Peak 8. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We brought in most of our meals, but made a full breakfast for everyone every day. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of gathering spaces in the house. Loved the comfortable theater seats for watching movies and sports with everyone. Management is very responsive. The five King Suites in the house would make this a good location for a group of married friends. I will likely be booking Slopeside Manor again for future retreats.

The home was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our work retreat. My husband and I brought our 8 employees. We used the theatre room for presentations and workshops during the day. In the evenings we relaxed in the game room, hot tub, and fire pit area. The kitchen had plenty of room for all us to pitch in and help with meals. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Slopeside Manor was an excellent place for our XC team to stay. It allowed for everyone to enjoy something while we stayed - either sit in quiet to read, or get together for some team bonding with games or movies. It was one of, if not the best places we've stayed in our many years of bringing our teams to Colorado.

We were a large group of friends. This house had everything we could want. We had many outdoor activities planned but the house made us all want to hang out and enjoy each others company. Game room on first floor was wonderful with the pool table, poker table and large tv was just perfect. Kitchen easily accommodated the 15 of us. Every pot, pan and utensil you need. Bedrooms were perfect, comfortable!! The area in Breckinridge where the house was located was scenic, beautiful and just a short ride to downtown Breckinridge!!! This house is absolutely stunning every inch of it.

No complaints. We had a great experience. Walking distance to slope which was very helpful for a big family that likes to ski and board at different times during the day. Everything was clean and communication was great. Check in was the easiest time I’ve ever had. My only recommendation is they can get some warming lamps outside so we could enjoy the patios and out door views during the winter. But, everything was so perfect they deserve 5 stars.

Our extended family of 7 adults, 4 teenagers and one 3 yr old descended upon Slopeside Manor for a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The set-up of this home fit our group very well and we enjoyed the many amenities that it had to offer. There were a few minor things that didn't work properly at the home and these were communicated to the property manager, who was responsive in trying to address them. Some of these items items could not be completed during our stay due to the need to order parts. None of them detracted significantly from our enjoyment of the property. The location of the home near the base of Peak 8 was perfect for accessing hiking trails, Epic Discovery and all of the other outdoor activities that Breckenridge has to offer. We would certainly consider renting this home again in any future trip to Breckenridge.

This was our second time staying at Slopeside Manor. It is a magnificent home in a truly magnificent location. Skiers of every level, first timers through expert, are able to navigate the slopes from the true ski-in/ski-out location just above the base of Peak 8. The bedrooms are all king sized with ensuites and the bunk room is a dream for kids aged from 5 through 20. We can't recommend this stunning property enough.
