This unit specifically has a hot tub just outside the building so you could essentially get to it without going outside until you were ready to get in. The location was amazing as it was essentially on the south end of main street. We didn't use our car once the entire trip due to the location. It states that it can sleep 6 adults. Not many cars accommodate 6 adults, so one would assume 2 vehicles would have to be present. However, only one vehicle was permitted to stay on the property and the other vehicle was subject to city parking fees. We arrived at 4pm and it cost $70 (!!!!) to park until 8am the following morning. Definitely put a damper on the event. ##### Erika R. We stayed in this unit in late November 2023 and the fireplace didn't work (big let-down). We stayed here again in June 2024 and the fireplace still didn't work (another big let-down). The front desk offered to send up someone from service when we called about it at 8:30pm but we passed. Only downsides were not having a chain lock up high on the door (when you turned the handle to go out it would unlock the deadbolt automatically from the inside) so this was not safe for young children. Also our fireplace did not work, we even had them send a tech up to look at it but he said it wasn’t getting any gas to the fireplace so could not be turned on. The rooms were very clean & the kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We didn’t use the semi-private pool or hot tub, the hot tub seemed very busy all evening & there were some loud guests staying up late using it also. Front desk was very nice & helpful. Aug 19, 2022 #### Great location, but needs some maintenance This unit is in a great location and has a lovely view of the mountains. The elevator in our building was not working while there and other guests told us it hadn't worked for several days before that. Front desk did not mention that so it took forever to figure out that we had no choice but using the stairs. Some of the windows are not well aligned and other parts needed regular maintenance, for example the toilet flusher kept coming off and the door handle to the balcony was in poor condition. The place was so clean and perfect in every way. We are from Texas and we were pleasantly surprised that you really don't need an air conditioner in Colorado. Once we opened the windows and turned on the fans, we were very comfortable. The owners had ceiling fans in every room plus osculating fans in the bedrooms. They even went one step up and had cool mist humidifiers in the bedrooms which was perfect for the mountain air. Our views from every window was beautiful. The only bad thing about our entire trip was having to leave. Bummer. We came back to 100 degrees. Breck stayed low 40's to the 60's for the most part. We stayed in July. The location was perfect for walking to Main St. attractions. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The pool and hot tubs were a plus. Dec 31, 2021 #### Everything you need We loved our stay here for a ski trip. Great underground parking especially in the midst of daily snow. Luggage carts provided to haul up/down the bags. Very close to the ski lift and the ski valet (free for guests) made equipment handling very easy. All appliances very new and the kitchen had all necessary utensils.
