No street parking The Neighborhood: Conveniently situated in one of the best locations in Breckenridge, our retreat is within walking distance to multiple Peak 8 activities and ski lifts. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby for you to enjoy. Should you decide to take the free shuttle into town, you will have access to plenty of shopping, dining, bars, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Getting Around: The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Gold Camp bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 3 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please use the parking garage available; no street parking in the neighborhood. Summit County may place a fire ban from time to time to prevent wildfires. This limits the use of the fire pit, unfortunately. Please ask us if a fire ban is in place ahead of time if you plan on using the fire pit. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door as well as a camera facing the garage for security purposes. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. It held our large group of 19 with no issues. The kitchen was very well equiped with anything we needed. The oversized fridge was extremely nice to have to hold all our colds to feed a large group. Having 3 garage spots to park in was a nice luxury as well. Every room was very welcoming, each bathroom had plenty of linens and the kids especially loved all the games and theatre room. Very close and convenient to Breckenridge ski lift and a 5 min drive into town. Lastly the host was quick to reply and answer all ours questions. Our stay was perfect. ##### nicole l. Huge but cozy living room, with amazing kitchen that has everything you could need. Kitchen/living/dining are perfect for large family / group hangout time.Bedrooms are all spacious, and spaced out for privacy. Lower level with bunk bedroom, gameroom, and movie room was perfect for a separate hangout and living area for the group of teenagers with us. All finishes and fixtures are first class, but the place feels cozy in all areas. We hung out by the gas firepit while we grilled for the group - really cool ! Hot tub area is a perfect eacape area.Location is incredible - literally as close as you can get to base of Peak 8; easy walk to gondola & Peak 8 lifts.Can’t wait to go back ! ##### Matt B.
