Whether you spend your time heading up to the slopes on the Snowflake lift (just steps away), playing air hockey or Pac-Man in the community game room, taking long soaks in the shared hot tubs, cooling off in the community pool just outside your door, or working out in the gym, you're going to love every minute of your stay! Use the full kitchen to prepare delicious meals for your guests, then throw in a DVD for a movie night on the large TV in front of the fireplace. We hope you can have a relaxing vacation, but there's also a wall-mounted folding desk in the den in case you need to get some work done. When it's time to call it a night, this condo features comfortable sleeping quarters and an additional sofa bed. Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This was such a great condo for our recent girls trip to Breck! Plenty of space, well stocked, plush robes, close to the hot tub and pool area, and just a beautiful space. The shuttle service was a great perk so we didn't have to drive anywhere. And the shuttle driver and front desk staff both gave us great recommendations for area favorites. We were concerned that being so close to the pool would be noisy, but it was not a problem at all, and the kids loved being able to scamper back and forth quickly without getting too cold. It is also literally 100 steps or so from the sawmill hiking trail, which is a beautiful, shady hike by the river that was easy for everyone, including the seven year old. The overall location is also a very short and easy walk to the welcome center river and shops etc. It was a perfect blend of feeling like you were out in nature but close enough to city center to walk to restaurants etc. Awesome all around. ##### Leah T. We loved all the amenities, especially the charter sports being downstairs as well as the shuttle bus! Our driver was amazing and very convenient. The front desk staff was very rude and not helpful at all.
