The owners of this home left no stone unturned in their pursuit for comfort and style. Situated in the Peak 7 area with just a short drive to Breckenridge, this 4 bedroom /4 bath home offers a quiet setting with every luxury you need for the perfect vacation. This mountain home stunner has large expansive windows, vaulted ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors set in an open floor plan throughout the main level living, dining area and kitchen. The easy style and comfort of this home continues throughout the entire property.

​​​​​​​LOCATION – This property is located north of Breckenridge in the Peak 7 area just 4 miles from town and also the Breckenridge Golf Club (sees satellite overview in photos). It is the ideal location not only to enjoy Breckenridge but everything that Summit County has to offer!

AMENITIES – Let's start with the kitchen where granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a double oven) offer guests the perfect environment to whip up top-notch dinners after a day on the slopes. The nearby dining area seats up to 10 with a beautiful cherry-wood table and windows on three sides, while the adjacent great room with its roaring fireplace and spacious sofas is ideal for a nightcap and conversation. The separate downstairs living room area boasts a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a minibar with a refrigerator and a microwave. Great family stay at Lone Hand Lodge!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Lone Hand Lodge. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We particularly liked the fact that each of the 4 bedrooms had an attached bathroom and there was a second living area in the lower level. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Amazing!

This place is amazing! We have a wonderful time! It was SO clean and spacious! We had two families staying together… 4 adults and 6 children ages 16-11. We were not on top of each other! It was close to downtown and to the lifts! This is certainly a place we would ALL return to! Thanks so much for making the stay easy and absolutely wonderful!!!!

This house was perfect for our first vacation to the snow!! There was tons of board games for the kids to Stacy occupied with and play family games at night! The house was clean and loved the shampoo/conditioner/soap, and lotion in all of the bathrooms! Definitely recommend this house and we will be back!

Week stay at Lone Hand Lodge.

Perfect mountain retreat for a family gathering. Living space both upstairs and downstairs so can easily spread out. Four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Trailhead just a 10 minute hike and other hiking trails across the road. Great getaway location!

Stunning views! Beautiful home! Lots of wildlife!

We (11 family members) stayed in this home for a summer celebration. Everyone was very comfortable. The home is even more beautiful than pictured. The home is well stocked and very clean. We made almost every meal in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on deck in the mornings and evenings. The views are gorgeous. The neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. We enjoyed many walks throughout the neighborhood. Access to a hiking trail system is only a about a 10 minute walk down the road. We saw moose, fox and a bear. The hot tub is clean and very relaxing. The management staff is very responsive and professional. We asked a few questions (via text) and they responded within minutes. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful week in Breckenridge. The home was lovely and the perfect size for two families (10 total). The view out of the dining and living room windows was spectacular and getting to town was super easy and fast. The hot tub was great as well!

Relaxing stay!!

This property was everything we imagined it would be. Your first impression when you walk upstairs and see the great room/kitchen with all the windows is jaw dropping. The views of the mountain out your kitchen window covered in snow never got old. You could even see people skiing if you looked closely. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Since covid had all the dine in options shut down we did a lot of cooking. You can still do some outdoor dining, but with us having our baby it wasn't feasible due to the cold temperatures. The master bedroom was extremely cozy with it's fireplace. The bed slept well too! The Master bath has an amazing shower with two showerheads! I wasn't able to get the jacuzzi tub to work but it made for a great soaking tub. The last thing I'll say is we loved the close proximity to town. Once you come down off the mountain you can make a right on airport ( instead of the left which will take you back to the light which takes you to 9 south) and it will take you straight to the grocery store/liquor store/ gas station. Overall stay was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Home - Very Light and Airy

This home is located on Peak 7 in Breckenridge. It is probably the nicest home in the area. It has 4 BRS/4Baths and 2 living, one up and one down. A nice deck upstairs and a patio with hot tub in back. We especially enjoyed the number of windows and the light it afforded. We saw moose, deer and a sow bear and cubs while we were here. It is a short 100 yards walk to hiking trails galore. You do have neighbors on either side, and front and back, but with the trees and the way the windows are oriented it was not an issue. We would stay here again.

Amazing property and accommodations

Upon arrival you're immediately pleased when you park and get out in the heated garage! The house is beautiful and very well taken care of. All of the amenities of the house were easy to operate and very convenient. We were very pleased to see that the hot tub was already up and running, ready for us to jump in without any preparation. The only critique I can think of for the management company would be to update the pillows, they were very thin. Other than that the house was perfect and I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was beautiful and clean. Very nice place for families. Would differently recommend this home. If you are from the south I would differently recommend renting oxygen machines for the first couple of days because this house is pretty high. Other than that great place .

One of the best vacations

This property is exactly what my group needed for our ski trip. I visited here with my husband and 6 other family members and it was perfect. From the instant we walked it we felt right at home. The place was beautiful and immaculate! There were enough rooms for everybody. The living area was fantastic and having a fire in the afternoon after skiing was the perfect touch. Every aspect of the place was warm, homey, and inviting. I would stay here again and again.

New Year family ski trip

Family of 9 adults were very impressed with the location to Breck, the amenities in the house and especially the hot tub. There was nothing we needed, because the kitchen was stocked perfectly and the appliances were top of the line. The driveway had easy access and the Two car garage was very nice. Oh yeah, the weber grill with built in gas line was just what we needed for our New Years Eve dinner.
