We have taken great care to create a comfortable and inviting space where you can relax at the end of your day. Our condo is ideally located in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from world-class skiing, hiking/biking trails, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants. (1/2 block from historic Main Street). After a fun day of exploring or skiing, a perfect way to relax is in the steam room/dry sauna, one of the four hot tubs, or heated swimming pool. There is also a fire pit where you can gather with friends and family to roast marshmallows and enjoy the mountain air. Our condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, queen sleeper sofa and a cozy living area. We also have a variety of amenities for your entertainment, including free video games, billiards, gaming room, small movie theater and shuffleboard located in the community area. The linens were crisp and clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long day skiing. The Villages has the perfect location to walk to the slopes and the restaurants. Had a couple of issues pop up, but they were always quickly resolved. The owner was very responsive and always answered the phone. Zero complaints about that. The room was excellent. It's the nicest and cleanest one we've been in. My 7-year old kept referring to it as "luxury". The condo is also very close to all the shops, which was a plus. We parked our car when we arrived, and it did not move until the day we checked out. It's not necessarily ski-in, ski-out, but it's very close and everything you need is right there. The room is also a ways away from the elevator, which is probably the only one negative I can think about it. Especially for having to carry ski equipment around. Breck Sports in building if you want to rent equipment. The building also has excellent amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, dry sauna, steam sauna, pool table, video games, TV lounge, etc.) The unit itself is clean and modern. It's small. So definitely tight with more than two people. I would say three at the max. But, worth it for the convenience. Also, everything in town is walking distance. You don't need a vehicle for this unit. But, if you have or want one, there is amazing underground parking. Tammy, the host, is very available and helpful! I would definitely recommend! ##### Mark S.
