It is just a block away from Carter Park for top rated biking and hiking access trails for all of the summer and winter activities Breckenridge has to offer. This home is also steps away from a free shuttle bus that will take you to different spots around town as well as the Gondola. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain friends and family after a long day on the slopes. The dining room has seating for 6 and expansive views of the Peak 8 and Peak 9 ski areas. There is seating for an additional 4 people at the kitchen bar. This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado.
