This house is a short walk from all the best restaurants, bars and shops in Breckenridge, as well as the Breckenridge Market for any groceries or necessities. It is just a block away from Carter Park for top rated biking and hiking access trails for all of the summer and winter activities Breckenridge has to offer. This home is also steps away from a free shuttle bus that will take you to different spots around town as well as the Gondola. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to entertain friends and family after a long day on the slopes. The dining room has seating for 6 and expansive views of the Peak 8 and Peak 9 ski areas. There is seating for an additional 4 people at the kitchen bar. The living room is cozy and has a large flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace, setting the perfect scene for sports or movie nights after a long day of alpine adventure! West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers. Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements. Thank goodness I screenshot the booking and we were able to confirm the reservation through SkyRun. The house was so cute and clean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook a couple meals and also walking distance to so many cute bars/restaurants. The only downside of the house was the water heater. We had to spread our showers out and they couldn’t be too long. Otherwise, no complaints! ##### Brittany T.
