All the comforts of home, free bus service, and quick access to the gondola make this charming residence the perfect choice for a summer vacation escape or the fantastic skiing and boarding Breckenridge is known for.

We had 10 people ages 2.5 to 72. Everything was great. Lots of towels, TP, utensils. Beds were comfortable, hot tob was clean and hot. Everything in town was a short drive or walk away.

Great location! Wonderful fully stocked home. More than enough room for us and 4 grandchildren. Management was very help to help us check in a day early due to a snowstorm. House is 2 blocks from a sledding hill for the kids. Walking distance to main street and restaurants.Kids loved the spacious bunk beds and the hot tub. We will be back!

Great house close to Main Street!

The house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of paper products/ supplies for our week long stay. We appreciate that as we traveled from out of state. The beds were very comfortable, which is a rarity for rentals. We appreciated the box fans and humidifiers in each bedroom. Main Street was just a few blocks away, so it was easy to walk to shopping and dining. Thank you for a great stay!

Breck Ski Getaway

I would give this house high marks for location, comfort, cleanliness and responsiveness of the property management company. We experienced some challenges but they were quickly addressed. We would definitely rent this property again. There were 5 adults and we fit comfortably in the house. Two rooms were good for couples (king or queen bed) and a third room was a comfortable bunk room that could fit up to 4 adults/kids. There are only 2 full baths though so with that many ppl we had to share. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were updated and very comfortable. Also a well cared for and easy to access hot tub on the back deck and a good sized garage for storing skis etc. Location was excellent, a short walk to main street where all the restaurants and shops are. Also a short drive to parking lot where gondola takes you up to the base of the mountain for skiing. Our only complaint was technical challenges we encountered. The hot water heater stopped working our first day, but the property management company addressed it very quickly and got it fixed that night. Also the code system on the door locking mechanism wasn't working consistently, and the management company tried to address that promptly as well. All in all, they are a very responsive property manager and the house is well taken care of.

Perfect Fall getaway

The property was excellent in just about every way. 5ish minute walk into town but far enough away to not feel right on the strip. Communication was great and they accommodated for a early and late check out as well. The only thing i would recommend for the house would be humidifiers as the mountain air is very dry. Would come back anytime as it was a perfect fall get away to see the changing colors and take in the town. Thank you again, hope to be back soon!

Amazing experience from beginning to end!! Customer service responses immediate! Unheard of in this day and age! Home beautifully stocked- every kitchen need- full size refrigerator/white wine glasses/red wine glasses/real glass plates/every utensil/every appliance etc... down to Tupperware- beds must be "heavenly beds" after the Westin's!! Every bathroom fully stocked with all your needs including lovely towels with many extras- laundry stocked with laundry detergent/dryer sheets/stain spray!! Beach towels next to the door for hot tub/shock for easy nightly cleaning and a now shovel hung on deck for extra convenience. A garage??!!! You do not feel like a guest, but the home owner with all the comforts! This rental exceeded all!! I will definitely be back! What a fabulous experience and joy to stay in this home.

The High Street Retreat was an excellent place for our family of 5! We could quickly walk to downtown to multiple dining and shopping locations. Our suburban fit in the garage. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable after a day of skiing! The kitchen and laundry area are furnished and a nice convenience. It really is a cozy and comfortable home with a large master bedroom and comfortable beds. The local coffee grounds, hand warmers and chapstick provided were the perfect touch!

Perfect Ski Basecamp

Warm, comfortable and clean property that was perfect after a day of skiing. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. The heated garage was nice to leave ski equipment. Awesome location, short walk to Main and Ski resort

Cute, cosy house and perfect location for a mix for folks in our party who ski vs not. Beds are super comfy and we all had a great time. Property management was also responsive to garage heater and fireplace issues at the end of our stay. Only thing that would make things more perfect for us is having enough dinner table seating for our party of 8 (e.g. may be bench seats). All in all, that’s a minor feedback and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay!

This is a little gem! We had everything we needed. It was just as updated and comfy as advertised. Location is super convenient - literally a few blocks walking to great Breck restaurants, shops, ski bus right to the gondola, and evening walks. Last year we stayed right on Main and this year truly enjoyed the quiet found just a few blocks up. The hot tub was a soaking treat after a day of skiing and plenty big for 4 adults. We especially appreciated the one car garage with extra driveway spot! Thank you!!

Great Location

This was a great location and space for 9 people. It is literally 1 turn and then you are on your way up to the base of Peak 8 or a short 4 blocks and you are on Main Street by all the shops. The rugs inside the entry way and bathrooms got stuck on the doors when you opened them, which was more annoying that anything but over all great. The beds were super comfy too. The ice maker didn’t make ice so we had to buy it and there were so many remotes that they needed to be labeled. I would stay here again though if we go back.
