The interior of our condo is recently remodeled with new appliances, new 50' flat screen TV in the LR, new flat screen master BR, updated furniture throughout, and a beautiful new hickory hard wood floor in the main room, dining room, kitchen and hallway...and, we have over 1200 square feet of living space!!

We just completed a remodel of our kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. It’s a fabulous upgrade.

This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- it's not just a rental property!

The huge living room has a gas fireplace, new queen sofa/sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50' TV and DVD player.

The dining area has a table that seats 6.

The master BR has a queen-size bed and headboard along with a flat screen TV..

The second BR also has a Queen size bed..

Mattresses in both bedrooms were new in 2023

The main bathroom has a huge walk in shower.

The master bedroom bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub and shower.

There is a huge hot tub approx. 30 yards from our front door. There is also a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo's--its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This pool/hot tub complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners in the immediate area--keycard required for entry.

Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow— there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!

We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back 'home'.

We have Xfinity High Speed internet access for all to use.

We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.

If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 100 yards from our front door. The shuttle is a local favorite and gets you anywhere on the mountain quickly. There is an app that shows exactly when the next shuttle will arrive--they run every 15 minutes. It will take too the the base camps or to the gondola.

Wonderful area and condo

Such a great location - a quick walk into Breck for all the fun you want. Condo is beautiful and newer. Beds are actually comfortable and showers have great pressure and have been updated! Wonderful place to sit on patio overlooking flowers

Great location, comfortable condo

The condo is some 45 years old but in good condition, excellently stocked with crockery, cutlery and all the appliances you could want. The location is perfect, just 3-4 minutes from town and the lifts. Wifi is ok and we were never short of hot water for showers etc. Our only reservation is the noise from above and adjoining apartments. The floor above transmits every sound, even conversations which is ok in the daytime but at 11.00pm or 06.30am is a little annoying.Otherwise great though. Maybe we were unlucky with the other renters that week.

Spring Break Family Ski Trip

We absolutely loved the condo, its location within proximity to both the Snowflake Lift and the short walk to town. The condo itself met every need for our family with a cozy feel-home away from home! We will definitely look for this condo again on our next visit to Breck!

Perfect in every way

Location, location, location. You are a 3 minute walk from the snowflake lift (albeit uphill), a 3 minute walk from the heart of Breckenridge, and can essentially ski into the condo. Every amenity was as described with many pleasant surprises including the larger size of the condo than anticipated. I will absolutely be coming back!

Awesome rental!!!

From the pre-stay communications until checkout everything was great! The location right on the bus route is amazing. The indoor parking made it great not having to "dig out our vehicle. Walking 1/2 mile to starbucks or Downstairs at Eric's (our fav) was so easy.They had fans (helped dry wet gloves and boots), and a humidifier which helped with the dry air. The kitchen had everything you would need. And LOVED the ski locker!Thanks for an awesome stay! The 7" of fresh snow on Tuesday really made skiing conditions great the rest of the stay!

Great Location

First, the property owner is wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Overall our stay was fantastic. The condo is well equipped with a roomier living room area than expected which allowed for more comfortable relaxation after skiing. The property is in a great location. Easy walk up to the Snowflake Chairlift or cross the street to catch the free ride bus to the Gondola or the base of Peak 9 (yellow south bus)

Breckenridge delight

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge. The apartment was perfect. It is pretty close to ski in ski out. The snowflake chairlift is an uphill walk not far at all. Only thing was the chair is faster than the base chair lift so be ready! The ski in was right across the street. So easy and convenient. We rented from Christy sports which was across the street as well. Make sure to reserve in advance during peak weeks as it is one of their smaller locations. We literally walked all of our ski equipment back to the apartment and stored them in the locker right next to the entrance door of the apartment. everything was walking distance away, but honestly, we are from Miami. It was so cold that we just ended up taking our rental car everywhere. Only recommendation I have for the owners is to invest in new mattresses for the bedrooms. The guest bedroom was not terribly bad, but the master bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. Having a car underneath in a garage was definitely a plus. We saw lots of people chipping ice off the windows and running their cars for a long time before they can even use it. Phase 9 was definitely our favorite in terms for beginner skiers. Base eight was also great for beginner skiers and the views were amazing. Base. 7 is definitely for more experienced skiers! Definitely recommend this apartment and can hopefully visit Breckenridge soon again. Definitely though change mattress and then this is beyond perfect!

Thanksgiving tradition in Breck!

We absolutely LOVE the location of this property, the coziness and garage parking is perfect. We stayed here back in 2021 and they have updated the home since. It’s perfect for our family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to be back.

Perfect location for spring ski getaway

Great snow trip spot!

The location of this rental couldn’t have been much better! It was a GREAT spot for our snow trip. Super convenient to the town, the shuttle to the slopes, and even an OK walk up to Snowflake lift. The covered garage was great for the car as well! The common areas were significantly bigger than the pictures made them look and were extremely comfortable for down time! The unit was clean and well equipped and would be well suited for a couples trip or a small group of friends. The upstairs neighbors could definitely be heard through the ceilings but it shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you plan to spend most days out of the unit. Our trip was definitely made better for staying at this spot and we would stay there again!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, modern and the location was perfect. The owners are excellent, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I rented a car, but that pretty much just stayed in the garage as I could walk to anything I needed. Next time I take the family out west again to ski I will look to stay here again!

Perfect Ski Mountain Home Away From Home

What a wonderful stay we had at Sundowner II! The condo was nicely appointed and the kitchen was fulling equipped with everything from a dual Keuring/regular coffee pot to an air fryer, deep sink, and plenty of counter space for prep work. We enjoyed sitting on the cushy sofas and turning on the gas fireplace each day after skiing. The location was great to ski out to via the 4 O’Clock run then a short walk to the condo. We had access to garage parking located steps away and one floor down from our first floor unit. Bill was a super host who responded quickly and provided all the detailed info we needed for easy checkin and checkout. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us, Bill!

Couldn't Ask for a Better Place

The location of this condo was perfect. Walking distance to the snowflake lift and walking distance to Main Street. Very cozy but not too small. Four of us fit perfectly. Bill was very communicative and friendly. Five stars all around!
