You'll be in walking distance to Peak 8--we're a simple .4 miles away--or catch the free shuttle! Our well-equipped and attentively maintained condo is on the top floor which provides spacious cathedral ceilings in the living room and kitchen with breath-taking views to relax and enjoy!

Take the free shuttle into town for lots of shopping, dining and night life! Whether you are coming to Breckenridge for the winter activities of skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling or enjoying a summer get-away with biking, hiking and golf; this 5-star Gold Camp II condo will meet your lodging needs!

The balcony's quiet and breath-taking view of the mountains set the tone for your mountain retreat. The vaulted ceiling and skylights add a spacious feel to the living room and kitchen. You will love the cozy ease of the new direct vent fireplace, large flat-screen TV and high-speed wireless internet. Stay with confidence with our state-of-the-art digital door lock that provides a digital code unique to your stay and your stay only.

From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel at home with all the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and tasteful decor. There are two private bedrooms, both with queen-size beds.

The first bedroom has a chest of drawer and private closet. The second bedroom has a built-in drawer and countertop with a private closet. The bathroom between both bedrooms has an over-sized shower, toilet and vanity sink. A second vanity sink just outside the bathroom gives more space for dressing. The brand new memory foam upgraded queen sleeper sofa in the living room hides the third queen-size bed.

Laundry is easy with the coin-operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of our building.

There are two hot tub facilities in the Gold Camp II complex; each with 2 hot tubs, sauna and shower/changing room for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The free shuttle bus stops at the corner of the complex for convenient transportation to the slopes as well as visits to town. Breckenridge has abundant shopping and dining opportunities that you will want to enjoy as well as an outstanding Breckenridge Recreation Center offering indoor swimming, tennis, racquetball, rock climbing and work-out equipment at very nominal fees.

Nice modern updates to an aged complex

We enjoyed our Spring ski trip at this condo and it had plenty of room for our twin 13 year olds and us. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We linedbeing up close to Peak 8 base however we found that being thelastpick up spot on the route to base the bus was always full during peak pick up time. We walkedit once with skis than opted to drive and drop off. Departing on the bus was.smooth.we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Our family had a great stay. The unit is very nice and the kitchen is very well stocked. We rode the bus in the mornings and skied down 4’oclock to walk back to the unit at the end of the day (there’s a pretty easily identified exit from the run). We had 6 people and it was a little tight for that number but still a great option. The unit is on the second floor so bags etc have to be carried up two flights of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but an fyi

Great Stay

Rental is super cute and clean. Loved the equipped kitchen and all the renovations made. Close to ski lifts whether you take the bus or walk. There's a lot of hooks to hang all your skiing/boarding gear which was wonderful.My family and I appreciated that John allowed us earlier check-in access since we were arriving mid-afternoon. We also loved the board games available to play!Cons- pillows were uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillows. Bed was very firm (I prefer soft mattresses). The bedroom closer to the entrance has a couple issues needing fixed: the door does not lock and the closet doors were off the track.There is a laminated map of the bus stops which was helpful. Also a key card for accessing the spa. The spas are located in buildings G & F.

Best location imaginable to hit the slopes

The condo was super comfy, with the kitchen incredibly well stocked, but the best feature is the free ski shuttle at the corner that gets you to the slopes in 4 mins! We put on our ski boots and full gear at home, walked,1/2 block or so to the shuttle stop, got picked up super fast (they seem to run at least every 15 mins, and there is a handy app to warn you when one is coming and you better get out there), and then in 4 mins hopped off the bus and walked right onto the lift.

Magnificent… comfort, access and beauty!

Nestled in a beautiful glade, this condo has it all. The balcony was our favorite spot … warm coffee in the am and a glass of wine in the evening. The location is great!

Family ski trip

We were very pleased with this condo! It was nicely renovated, clean and quiet! It was a two minute walk to the bus that takes you to peak 7 and 8! It’s also very close to town! We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna on premises. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Breckenridge!

Property was clean and new renovations look great! Communication was clear and prompt. The unit is very close to peak 8 and transportation is easy either by foot or the free shuttle. A bit of a walk to town, but very doable and was stated clearly in the description of the unit.

the bad of our experience -we had long black hairs on the pillows/comforter in 1 bedroom. Spare pillows had same hairs on them. Spare comforter had what appeared to be dried blood stains on it, sharpie marks all over it, and other unknown stains all over it. -shower had the same long black hairs on the floor -only had 1 roll of toilet paper provided, had to buy more. -beds not so comfortable the good -good location only a few minute drive down to main street -shuttle to peak 8 is maybe a 7 minute walk don’t have to worry about parking at breck -kitchen has the basics to cook dinner/some basic seasonings leftover. we also left some unopened items for the next guests. -the unit is updated nicely Overall not a bad place to stay, but the fact we had hairs from possible previous renters or cleaning people was gross. Owner should possibly upgrade the comforter with stains all over it especially because some of the stains appear to be blood. If these small kinks were to get smoothed out it would’ve been a better experience.

we went for a ski trip. Although its not listed as Ski In/Out... if you're willing to walk about 5oo yds you can get to 4 oclock run and go right to snowflake lift. which to me is a way better than the shutle

Perfect set-up for a "Ski-Treat"

This condo is nicely equipped and decorated and has easy access to Peak 8 and Peak 7 via the nearby bus stop. We made about half our meals "in-house" and found ample cookware and cutlery. The gas fireplace is very nice and easy to operate. Can't wait to come back

We had an awesome time in Colorado thanks to this cozy stay. It was a quick drive to the slopes and everything within the city although transportation outside of a personal car was available to us. We would be interested in staying here time and time again!

Beautiful remodel, BUT!!!

Owner has great communication. Unit has been remodeled with very thoughtful design, great utilization of the space due to slightly odd bathroom layout. Who ever designed the unit did a stellar job. This is not ski in ski out, and to far of a walk to peak 8 with little kids. There is not an elevator, and parking is outside not covered. Based on the description I thought it was closer to the mountain. My other issue was that we had to clean all the utensils and pans prior to using them. There was grease on almost all the pots and pans along with the cooking utensils. The other issue was the marijana smell always creeping in the drafty windows. I know the building was built in the 70s or 80s but the wind drafts were excessive along with the smell of weed on numerous occasions. This unit was nice on the surface level but needs a feel other details to really be great.

Great Family Vacation

The VRBO was wonderful. We stay in a lot of rentals for vacation and John was one of the easiest people to work with. Everything was organized and clearly laid out when we arrived. He helped us track down a few items that we forgot at home which was very kind. The apartment is really very nice, well kept and fun to be in. We loved the ease of turning on the fire place and found the beds very comfortable. The location is great and an easy walk to Peak 8 base. We did it with 4 small children just fine. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Thanksgiving in the mountains

The property is nicely renovated as per the listing. The location is also very convenient to access the slopes or the city center. The property owner provided good instructions and recommendations and was able to accommodate an early check in. The property also had some thoughtful touches such as games, grocery card for city market and parking passes. We loved the property and will definitely rent it for future trips to the mountains.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

Beautiful accommodations with great access to town, hiking and biking. Plan on coming back during ski season as this condo is off of the Peak 8 bus route.

Summertime mountain getaway

My wife and I had an amazing time at this condo. It’s quiet and simple walks/hikes to get to anyplace you need to. We brought our side by side out to explore the national forest OHV trails and it was a blast. We also did a few hikes that were right next to the condo. The sawmill trail is a nice relaxing hike. The condo was up to date and you can tell the owners take pride in there property. We had no issues and will be back again.
