Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route, this condo offers location, comfort and value, as well as the shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will thank you for finding this place!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo unit is clean and comfortable; it’s a great choice for groups of up to four guests. The fully equipped, remodeled kitchen features granite counters and overlooks the living area, where there’s wall-mounted flat-screen TV for catching the game or watching your favorite shows. (NOTE: the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is inoperable). There’s also a patio area off the living area with a private gas grill and comfortable patio furniture for kicking back after a big day on the slopes.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Nice condo with easy access to the mountain

We had a good time at this condo. It had everything needed for us to cook and wash up. It was close to the mountain, and we were able to easily jump on the gold express bus to get to town and the peaks. It was very clean, and kept us warm and entertained between our sessions on the mountain.I was a little disappointed the fireplace was decorative only, as we were planning to dry out gear near the fireplace, but there was plenty of space to hang our gear to dry in the hallway. We also expected a washer and dryer in the condo, but it was a coin operated laundromat in another part of the building.We did not try any of the other amenities that were part of the complex, but I could see this being a nice addition for other guests who would stay here.Overall we had a great time and would stay here again. There were just a couple of unexpected differences from what we planned.

Adequate. At best. Some things not working.

The pictures don’t tell the whole story. The carpet was stained and dirty in many places- very,very old. The furniture extremely dated and tired. Looked like it came from goodwill. The gas grill did not work, and we could only discover this after we got in the car and drove to the store a second time, just to get matches or a lighter, as the unit had none. When we bought a lighter, we discovered the grill would not light. We had to cook our steaks in the oven. For very little money, a little taste, and quality control, it would have been a much better experience. The property manager was top notch and very responsive. .cook our streak

Well appointed and convenient to the Breck shuttle

It's not a luxury condo, but it is fully equipped and very convenient to the shuttle that is two stops from the Breck base. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was very responsive and they're likely on their way to be fixed.

The house was in a great location with easy access to public transit. It was clean, private, and had plenty of space for 3 people! Would definitely recommend to a couple trying to get away for a while 😊

Everything was fantastic. 3 minutes from parking for Breckenridge. Very clean property, incredible customer service. Would recommend this property to anyone! Definitely will stay here again if back in Breckenridge.

Great Place to Stay for Small Family

Great little location, right by breck ski resort and short little 4-5 min drive into town. The check in process was easy, communication with manager was spectacular. Nice little place for my small family. Can’t complain one bit. Will be back at this location again! Thanks again!

A long fix-it list needs addressing

We thought we would really like this place based on the pictures and location. However, numerous easily correctable things turned what should have been a great rental into a barely adequate rental. The unit is on the third floor, which we knew in advance, but the stairs were steep and poorly lit. The keys were tricky to use. Inside, there were broken/missing slats on the blinds, the deck was small and the chairs very uncomfortable (the write-up said comfortable chairs.) The living room furniture is covered with cheap slipcovers, some with holes. The TV was mounted way too high to make viewing comfortable, plus the picture was atrocious. A note on the TV remote said not to change the settings. The only fan was in the bedroom and was covered with dust on all the blades. The bedroom curtains are very sheer and the blinds did not block out light, which made sleeping in impossible. In the kitchen, the toaster burnt the bottom half of the bread while the top stayed untoasted. The refrigerator was so loud, you could hear it in the bedroom. Adding insult to injury, we didn’t feel welcome as there was no personalized welcome book like we have found in all other VRBO’s we have stayed in. Suggestions to local hiking trails, restaurants, things to do, would have been appreciated. On the plus side, the walk to town is easy (if you do research ahead of time to find the local trail system). We never heard any neighbors, unit was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. At the end of our stay we gave a list of all issues to the property management company, but didn’t hear back from them.
