Spanning an impressive 2,500 square feet, this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom townhome is a haven of comfort and luxury. Great location

The bathtub on the floor with the hot tub does not drain while taking a shower. Disgusting. The kitchen could be better stocked. Needs baskets for chips and bread. Need scissors most VRBO places I have stayed have supplied foil, saran wrap. This place supplied nothing.

Beautiful views! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious. It needs maintenance but was fairly clean. It was close to dining and shopping but quiet as well. Kids loved the extra space it had for them. We enjoyed our time there.

Fun Long Weekend

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend over spring break with our 5 kids (14-27 years old) and my parents in their 70s. The unit was a great value in our mind. A short walk to the slopes, plenty of space for everyone, very comfortable, and a nice kitchen/living room area where everyone could gather. It was just as described in the listing. A ski boot dryer would be a nice addition for winter guests.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was great. Easily walked into the town. The house itself could use some updates. The beds could use better mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen & bathrooms could use an update. It would be nice to have a code box installed on the front door so you didn't have to worry about keeping up with a key. The hot tub was not used much because the only access to it was though a bedroom, which makes it very inconvenient to everyone. It would be better if it were on the main deck off the living room. We never used the community hot tubs/pool because it was always crowded in the afternoon/evening. We had 3 families together and the house had great space for us all. If the house were updated we would definitely come back to it. We loved Breck and the kids all had a great time learning to ski.

Perfect Spot

This place couldn’t have been more perfect for me and my family. Check in was a breeze, the place was perfect. Had everything we need, beautiful views and close to town. The management company and their team were amazing. Super responsive we we found out my mom left her iPad behind. I knew I should have reminded her to double check that she everything! Lucky for her, we stayed at an awesome place with an even more awesome property management team and she had it back in no time. Highly highly recommend this location.

Great location

The property is in a great location that is perfect for walking around Breckenridge. The little river running through the back is perfection. The sound is the perfect backdrop for patio seating and sleeping with the windows open. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans and most essentials for eating in, if you desire it. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. They’re exactly as advertised. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. I had some texting interactions with the property management and they were quick to respond and problem solve. The check-in/check-out process is straightforward and clearly communicated. 10/10 recommend. I would definitely stay in this property again.

The House missed a couple of things, but Administration was GREAT !!

When we arrived we had some issues with the house, two beds where VERY uncomfortable, and some other very small things... HOWEVER thanks to the administration of "Ski Country" NEW mattresses where placed in and they responded to all our needs as soon as possible... This made our stay much better and turned things around... The location is AMAZING, the administrative response is amazing, the layout of the house was perfect for us, the kitchen looks small but it is not and has everything you might need (a new toaster was installed for us), every room has a TV... A few minor upgrades would be more than great, but we left knowing that they will take care of the house and keep improving it... THANKS FOR ALL, WE RECOMMEND IT 100%

Great location, great condo. Very well equipped kitchen. Are only complaint was that the hot tub needed to be cleaned. Water was dirty and beer cans left in hot tub. After contacting ski country, they had someone out in a few hours to clean the hot tub. We would certainly book this unit again.

Breck March 2022

Our group of three families (11 people - 6 adults, 5 teen/young adults) stayed in Pine Creek J for a week. First the good: the property management company (Sky County Rentals) was very easy to deal with. They accomodated an early check-in by allowing us to store luggage and groceries in the garage until the unit was ready for occupancy. The check-in process was very easy and the information provided by the property manager was useful (directions on walking to the slopes, codes for community pool/spas, on call shuttle number, etc.) The unit had plenty of room for our three families to spreadout and was comfortable. It was a short, very doable, walk to the slopes from the condo. Now for the the not as good/could be improved: The unit has some age on it, which we expected and knew when we rented it. The beds and pillows were lumpy, the appliances were usable but broken (fridge drawers, dryer lint trap missing, the baseboard heat vents were falling off). The windows had signs that said do not open except in case of emergency. The hot tub ran out of chemicals mid-week and turned green/brown and smelled bad. We left a message for the tub to be serviced but it did not occur during our stay so we untalized the community hot tubs which were very nice. The biggest issue we had was the ceiling in the basement began leaking from snow melt off the car in the garage above. The rental company came and cleaned up the fallen drywall and ducktaped the ceiling until a more substantial repair could be made and it was obvious from the patch in the ceiling that this was not the first time this occured. Some easy improvements that could be made: provide a broom, invest in some new/more dishware, organize the kitchen drawers and throw away broken items, make a permanent fix for the garage leaking issue. In summary, the unit was pretty much as expected, dated but convenient to the slopes and reasonably priced which is why we chose it. The leaking ceiling and hot tub issues were unfortunate and definitely resulted in my lower rating of the unit.

Began stay with text message around 3pm saying we could check in - thanks for easy check in and communicating when unit was ready; Walked everywhere - to/from slopes, around town, to grocery, etc; 4 levels in townhouse which provided privacy but you need to be ok with stairs; called mgmt when toaster didn’t work and it was replaced that day - thanks for quick response; had a wonderful week using hot tub, grill, well equipped kitchen

This place is great! About a 7 -10 min walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Very Spacious. And slept 9 comfortably. Private hot tub was really convenient but the cover attachment was broken so you needed 2 strong people to take it on and off. Overall it was a good experience.
