Perfect property - Family Ski Vacation

Family get together

We had a great time. We are a family of 10 including a 2 year old. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house housed all of us easily without feeling like we were in too if each other. Bigggg kitchen which was good as we took turns cooking dinner and then all hands in for cleanup. The communication with the rental company was STELLAR. Always responsive. The only issue we had was my husband got hit in the back by a golf ball while playing with our grandson up by the hot tub. As one who has hit an errant shot or two you know the risks of being close to a tee box. We always felt safe and even met some of the resident neighbors. Highly recommend this property and this property mgmt company.

Fairview Lodge

The house was very family friendly and worked well for my group of 8 including a baby and 2 1/2 yr old. There were a few maintenance issues such as the hot tub needing a cleaning and a burst spigot but River Ridge Rentals was quick to respond and handle everything extremely efficiently. They also followed up after repairs which was greatly appreciated. One of the best managers I have ever encountered so kudos to the team. The only recommendation is more light in the bedrooms and a sound bar for the living room tv as it is very hard to hear with the sound bouncing off the stone fireplace. Would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice property for families

We were pleasantly surprised to have a nice warm garage to park our two vehicles in. Kitchen was well stocked and never ever ran out of hot water in showers. Hot tub was clean and hot and in great working order. Had a great time!

Fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood, great views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The house was perfect for our extended family. Everyone was very content with their rooms and the layout worked great. Only thing that would make the home even better was if there was a Bluetooth set of speakers to connect to for listening to music, as well as a Smart TV for connecting to Netflix, etc., for the kids. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our Breckenridge Home!

We had a group mixed of family and friends celebrating 3 birthdays stay 6 nights in February. The Fairview Lodge was the perfect home for our group! Exactly as described. Easy checkin & checkout. The staff at River Ridge Rentals was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The views across the fairway and of the mountains covered in snow were incredible! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back! During winter visits be sure to checkout: Roger’s Snowbikes, Extreme Sledding at Country Boy Mine, Performance Snowmobiling at White Mountain Adventures, Denver airport transfers via Slope Transportation and around town commuting and transportation via Jake’s Mountain Shuttle.

This place is amazing and we will be back!

We loved this house. It had everything we needed for 11 people. Was only a 9 minute drive to Main Street of Breckenridge. The house views were spectacular. Well stocked. Everything was great and we will be back. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful house

House was spacious, comfortable, and located close to Breckinridge downtown and skiing. Property manager was easy to work with and responsive during business hours. Small tweaks to improve property: label switches so guests know which switch is for what light (there are a lot of switches) and check that all electronics are hooked up and working properly. I would stay here again and would use River Ridge Rentals.

But property management got plumber out in just a few hours…if you are not used to radiant heat… takes a little getting used to. North basement single bed bedroom has broken frame (not us). Hot tub needs to be cleaned. Great location Great view Kitchen was very well stocked Very nice… but fell short of amazing.

Breckinridge golf course house

Beautiful luxury home in golf course. Stayed for family thanksgiving lots of room And house offered many amenities. Had a few issues with micro wave and zoned heating but it got resolved within 24 hours. Highly recommend if you have a big family gathering. About 10 minute drive to gondola peak 8 by car.

This was the perfect place for our group of 12 people. From the booking to the checking in and out process was absolutely exceptionally beautiful. Great view, fully stocked and well maintenance. This is a beautiful home a little outside of Breck, which I prefer. It's easy to get to, right off the main road and lots less traffic in the area of the home. Beautiful neighborhood with beautiful homes.

Very nice home and convenient location

Overall the property is very nice and well represented by the listing. It is roomy with 6 bedrooms including 1 with 2 bunk beds, and there are 5.5 baths. The location is superb being along the fairway of Brekenridge Golf Club overlooking mountains in the background. This makes it very quiet and scenic. The kitchen has most everything needed except for a Keurig. Almost everyone in the family enjoyed the gigantic hot tub! Some aspects of the interior were starting to show a bit of wear and tear, but nothing of significance except for one item. That one item of significance was the lack of any functional light-blocking window coverings in the master bedroom which eliminated the possibility of my wife and me sleeping much past sunrise. I contacted the rental company about this and was assured that this is in the process of being corrected. It wouldn't hurt to check prior to renting if this matters to you. If that is corrected, we would return with our large family for another stay!
