Perfect Location. The place is perfectly located if you want access to downtown Breck. It's right on Main street and very close to the gondola and free daytime parking. The unit gives you one free parking spot at the property. The place is large, comfortable and generally very nice. There are some updates that could be done - the cover on the hot tube is falling apart and needs replaced. The deck needs attention (mostly new paint). The place was NOT ready on time, but only about 30 minutes late (which, is concerning since it's a 4pm check-in which is already somewhat late). I would give the place an A-, as some improvements are possible. But, location is an A and I would stay there again.

Great spot right on Main Street

Great property that's spacious, has a hot tub with a view, and is walking distance from all the restaurants and shopping on Main Street. We've stayed here a couple of times and booked another stay right when we left!

You can’t beat the location and private parking right out back of the unit. it’s a little outdated, but really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t have the best experience

Unfortunately, I can’t say we had a good stay here. For those with families, know that there are multiple creepy closets and crawl spaces in this unit. I’m a mom who was traveling with my 3 kids and the room with the 2 beds (the kids’ room) has a loft space above the bed that has 2 closet type rooms and a bunch of storage of stuff in the loft area. The doors were opening to these closets from air flow, hopefully, but my daughter had a panic attack sleeping in the room after my son had already woke up and left the room to be in our room for an unknown reason. We later saw in the closet that there was a crawl space with food and a bed type thing in it!! The second night was the clincher - all night long there was insanely loud banging from above us. Like a 50 lb weight being dropped over and over (and there’s no unit above us). At midnight we were calling the on call maintenance guy (who was not in town) to see what the heck was going on. When we checked in, it was after hours and the code they sent us didn’t work to get in the door and we had to get on the phone.What I will say is that the management company was very nice and helpful in moving us - especially once we found a bed and food but ignored any request for compensation for discomfort in their place and leaving out details about these crawl spaces and loft areas. Def needs brighter lighting, as well. And know that the hot tub was functional and fun but not private at all. You are def in the center of town

Cleaning Staff Watches You Leave

We loved the ease of booking this place and the location. We walked to the Gondola every day and enjoyed the mountain. Barely used our car all weekend. The trolley also took us where we needed to go.The downside was that as soon as we woke up and started packing, the cleaning staff sat outside the unit and watched us, hours before the 10 am checkout time. As a VRBO renter, I HATE this. I follow rules, please don’t rush me. Also, the washer/dryer is shared between two units. This is not specifically stated on the amenities list of the unit. Last complaint is that we got multiple splinters from the deck. Don’t go barefoot out there or let kids on the deck.

The property has a lot of positives. It’s in a great location for walking to everything on Main St. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were super helpful. There are a couple of negatives. The shared wall is really thin so there isn’t much noise barrier between the two upper units so at times it got pretty loud. At one point, a dog was dropped off by someone who was not a guest in the opposite unit and barked for a couple of hours. The listing didn’t specify that the washer and dryer are shared with the other unit so at times it was a bit awkward to try to rotate with the other guests. It’s a pretty, well appointed property with an amazing view, so that definitely made up for some of the negatives.

Spring break family vacation for 2 adults and 2 young kids

Great location downtown on main st. Beautiful wood burning fireplace stocked with fire starter and a few logs of wood. The unit was Clean and Welcoming. It had a Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Numerous bath towels (which was helpful for the hot tub and 12 inch snowstorm we got while staying in the property).

Amazing location

Just a short walk to/from the gondola, you can’t beat this location if you’re coming to ski. Property was clean and as described. We enjoyed the wood fireplace and that the rental provided the wood and fire starters for it. The kitchen was well stocked with pans although there was no square or rectangular oven dish with sides for things like roasted potatoes or breakfast casseroles.

Old! Old! Old!

First the good - the master bed is comfortable and the apartment was clean. Indifferent - we didn’t find the location on Main St to be an advantage. You can drive to Main St with plenty of parking. We drove to Peak 9 so we didn’t use the gondola or buses which are 1 block away. The bad- everything in the apartment is old. It needs a major overhaul, The TVs were old, the lights were dim, and there is an old-school drip coffee maker. Hello! Time to get a Keurig! We won’t stay there again. Better value elsewhere.

This was a stunning apartment- right above a great ski and bike shop in the middle of town. Location was unbeatable- not too busy but super easy to access everywhere we wanted to go. we can’t wait to come back

Incredible Location!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Close to everything, Breckenridge! We really appreciated the parking situation as we were assigned a spot right where you enter. We You would not need to get back in your car after getting settled. Once our group was tired of walking, we were able to take the free trolley around town. The gondola is also free. The unit itself was welcoming, included a shared washer dryer and a private hot tub! Highly recommended!!
