The location was great just outside of Breckenridge proper in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of extra spices, baking pans and dishes. The pots and pans could use some updating as there are no large skillets to cook for a group. The space itself is perfect for a large group or multiple families. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The hot tub was a great addition, but some pool towels would’ve been nice instead of using small bath towels. The property location is excellent, and although we did not need to contact our host Ryan during our stay, he was attentive and responsive to all our questions before our arrival. No extra toilet paper. Refrigerator was not working and the manager couldn't get any one to fix it on a Friday. So for 3 days we had to buy ice and coolers for our food. It was fixed on Monday. Hot rub died on Tuesday but was fixed on Wednesday.
