The Grand Lodge is located at the base of Peak 7 at the world renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort, and is just steps from the Independence SuperChair and Breck Connect Gondola. This 2 bedroom state-of-the-art residence is well-appointed with plush sofas, heavy timber accents, plenty of windows that frame the stunning views of the slopes, and a large sun-drenched, west facing 4th floor balcony overlooking the Independence SuperChair.

2024 – check in on Saturday December 21 – check out on Tuesday December 28.
We have a 7 night minimum stay. If you require extra nights before or after our week, please contact Grand Lodge Peak 7 directly and they will help you.

Wonderful Condo in Breckendridge Peak 7

Overall a perfect experience. Teresa and Dave are great to work with and their communication is timely and excellent. The condo is large, clean and has a great view of the mountain and ski lift. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again next year. Thank you!

Great unit - great location - beautiful view

Great unit. Plenty of size for family of 4. Unit was clean and great view of the mountain and lift. Location is especially good for those that want to ski peak 7 which has a little more advanced terrain. You can still easily get to peak 8 via the gondola which is quick but you can stay out of that chaos and ski the better/less crowded terrain of peak 7 just outside the door. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful placement of this ski in/ski out VRBO!

This condo unit is well equipped and perfectly placed for a great ski vacation! It was perfect for jumping right on the chair lift at 8:30 am and dropping in for a quick lunch with easy turn around time. My only criticism would be there is no way 8 people could stay here comfortably for a pleasant week of skiing.
