LOCATION – This townhome is located in the Charter Ridge complex above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. The free shuttle is located nearby that gives you access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Endless activities abound year-round with miles of cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the back door.

AMENITIES – There are four bedrooms including a master king bedroom (upper level), king bedroom (lower level) & two bunk bedrooms with multiple beds . The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won't want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Vehicle Recommendations – AWD/4WD RECOMMENDED for this property

Spring Break 2025

We stayed at the Charter Ridge 10 house for spring break skiing in March 2025. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, functional, plenty of room to spread out for everyone. Had beautiful views of the ski hills both during the day and at night. The bus to the base is a 3 minute walk and really convenient to use. Bus ride to town is about 15-ish minutes. By car it was about 8 minutes. We loved the huge mud room to offload shoes and ski clothes. (We did Epic Rentals so did not have to carry our gear which was phenomenal!) The hot tub in the evenings was nice and hot and relaxing.Minor inconveniences: the mattresses were too hard for pretty much everyone in our party of 8. Also, if you are prone to elevation sickness, this location is gonna kick your behind. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Charter Ridge 10. We had a great time!

A perfect place for a wonderful Breckenridge vacation.

The most beautiful home and views you can find. Views from every room! All the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well supplied along with a great kitchen.I can’t say enough good about this place and would love to stay here again.

House was just as advertised the view is incredible. Kitchen fully stocked but did not have a crock pot. I texted that I needed one and they delivered one the next day! Also had an issue with the washing machine they also had this fixed they next day. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous house

This house was everything we hoped for and more! The photos are a true representation of the house. Gorgeous panoramic mountain views from the windows, deck, and hot tub. comfortable sitting areas, well-stocked modern kitchen, large dining table for family meals and game playing, cozy bedrooms. Plenty of space for our party of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) . We all absolutely loved it!

Perfect view

This home was a perfect place for our family of 11. Clean, spacious, nice number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views made our experience with renting this home the best! Friends seeing pictures of our trip on FB have asked for this address so they could book a stay. The only downfall for us was the elevation - some of us got sick the first night and a few of us had headaches off and on during the week long stay - this home is at 10,500 elevation and we didn’t realize elevation sickness would be a thing for us but it did happen. This was no fault of the property owners. I am just letting anyone reading this review to know the home is located at a pretty high elevation. Karen from Iowa

Winter Wonderland for Birthday Week

This house is perfect for a ski vacation for adults (or families). For my 31st birthday week my family and I went to Breckenridge to ski and stayed at this house. The bedrooms are as advertised, not marketing queens or kings and getting doubles or bunk beds (although there is one room with bunk beds). All the bedrooms have working TVs and are comfortable. Although the main level is gorgeous with stunning mountain views (seriously could've sit in that living room all day) there is also a living room downstairs with a massive TV and walk out to the beautiful deck/backyard/fire-pit/hot-tub. So it was perfect if one group upstairs wanted to go to bed and another group downstairs wanted to continue the night or vice versa. The house was also fully equipped with a ton of cooking tools and materials. If you're like my family, we like to alternate nights in and nights out. We made some spectacular meals in that wonderful kitchen - didn't have to worry "do they have salt?" I guess my only con would be that there appeared to be animal feces on the outskirts of the patio and backyard. I'm not sure if someone previously brought an animal they forgot to clean up after, or it was from a wild animal? After all, you are about 9,800 feet up in elevation on the mountain! Wildlife was super cool to see. Overall, there are no complaints that would ever prevent me from renting here again. If we go back to Breckenridge there is honestly no reason to look at any other house!

Awesome views

Our family of 13 had a wonderful time at Charter Ridge 10. The hot tub was used every day as was the fire pit. The kitchen was supplied well enough to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. There were plenty of bath and hot tub towels. We were even graced with 6” of fresh snow our first day making for beautiful views of the 10 Mile Range when the sun came out. The older children have already asked to come back to this house! We certainly would consider it if we had the whole family with us again in the future.

Yearly vacation at 10 charter ridge

This house worked out great for me and my family for our 1st visit to Breckinridge. Pros and Cons Pros The location and views were amazing and can’t be beat. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked for everything Very spacious and lots of beds Nice sit around fire table at cliff even tho doesn’t put out much heat Hot tub at nice gives best views Management company was responsive and made sure everything was good. Cons The pillows were the worst and beds were ok The heat takes forever to heat the place The neighbors are 20 or so feet away and can hear them talking inside house when they are on balcony Has a 3 car garage but only able to use 1 of the doors due to owner having their motorcycle and 4wheelers blocking other 2 doors In conclusion there will always be negatives about any place but this place was still amazing and made many memories that will never be forgotten.

Unlimited Mountain Views

The rental was everything advertised and more. It all starts and ends with the absolutely gorgeous mountain views from nearly every room. They were absolutely stunning. Good experience

We had a good experience on this property. We ran into some issues at first but pinnacle lodging was able to get them resolved. Only disappointment was the grill did not work but overall it was an amazing experience with beautiful views and amazing shops. LOVED the shops that had local artists artwork. Bought so much.

Very nice home, would definitely stay again. There were a few minor issues, the coffee pot didn’t work, but someone from the management company delivered one to us the next day. One bummer was a lot of the blinds were broken so you couldn’t see the entire view in the living room. Overall great location and amazing views of the Rockies.

This house was perfect and the views were amazing! We had a little issue with the heater not working when we checked in, but the management company was quick to get someone and to take care of the problem even though it was late night. That was the only issue we had. Other than that this house was perfect for our group and the views were incredible. Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed this property during August, it’s a clean spacious for 3 families, a little drive (8 minutes )uphill, great Jacozy , great communication,exceptional design. I hope to see its winter face too ....
