A true ski in/out location with ski storage at the Beaver Run lift. For convenience, you will enjoy a heated garage, shuttle and concierge services, a business center for computer access (wifi can be used in the condo) and a gift/grocery shop. For service, there are three restaurants, an on-site licensed child care, spa services, a complete ski shop, ski rentals, ski school and a place to pick up lift tickets. And for fun, the complex has a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with several outdoor hot tubs. Next to that is an exercise room, steam room and sauna. There are beautiful lounge areas and a library for your pleasure. And the kids will love the game room with several arcade games, a 9 hole miniature golf course, pool table, air hockey and more. The mountains are a glorious place to be! Spending time in nature always eases my stress. We invite you to come to Breckenridge and have a wonderful safe and beautiful experience in the outdoors! The condo itself is beautifully decorated Colorado Style with antique ski accents. There is a romantic wood fireplace next to the living area and we have filled the condo with all the extras to meet your needs. Our condo is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and sky lights in the living room. Decorated in true Colorado style, you can sit on our cozy couch and enjoy the warmth and comfort of our wood burning fireplace surrounded by antique skis and snow shoes. The couch turns into a queen sofa sleeper that has a seven inch mattress for extra comfort. There is an HDTV above the fireplace and a cupboard full of fun family board games to help create wonderful memories of your family vacation. Our antler chandelier and rustic kitchen table for 6 adds to the ambiance of mountain living. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a stone back splash and is fully equipped with some added extras such as a spice rack, crock pot, blender, mixer and waffle maker. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, dresser and antique ski lift chair along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and dresser. Both bedrooms have HDTVs. Finally, we have been renting condos in Breckenridge since 1999 and truly want to be a part of your vacation experience. Our hope is to offer the highest quality condos, full service resort amenities at reasonable prices to create vacation memories that will last a lifetime. We would love to do business with you!! PLEASE NOTE: Our nightly rates are lower than the resort because WE DO NOT OFFER DAILY LINEN NOR TOWEL EXCHANGES. In addition, parking is not included in your quote as it is charged by the resort upon your arrival. That's really hard to beat. This unit is very well appointed with plenty of items in the kitchen if you plan on cooking your own meals in the room. The real wood fireplace is a definite positive draw and you can call for more wood as often as needed. We had a roaring fire while relaxing in the evening probably every night we were there. There's plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The bed in the master bedroom is large and comfortable as well as having two other beds and a futon in the second bedroom which worked great for our family of 5\. Being able to go out on the balcony and look right down the runs is something else that really makes this a great location. At night you can see the horse drawn sleighs going up the runs and you can also watch the Snow Cats grooming the runs which is fun. Because there are windows on both sides of the unit you can open them up for airflow if it gets a little warm in the room. Tracy was very responsive to any needs and questions which was very helpful during our stay. ##### Doug N. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed, and check-in was easy. Communication with the host was great, The parking garage was simple to access. We rented a Suburban and had no trouble during the week, though weekends were busier and maneuvering a larger vehicle could be a bit challenging.The unit’s location was excellent—on the 6th floor and close to the elevators. The entryway was perfect for storing ski gear and keeping everything organized and dry. The condo was decorated beautifully for a ski getaway. We loved the décor and the personal touches, especially the family photos, which made it feel warm and welcoming.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a drip coffee pot, plenty of spices, and other cooking essentials. The living room was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning—you can see the mountains, lift lines, and hot tubs.We appreciated being able to drive into town rather than relying on the shuttle. In the summer it would be an easy walk, but during the winter cold it was much more convenient to drive.Upstairs was comfortable with two bathrooms, plenty of towels, and extra blankets and pillows. We did need to do one load of laundry mid-week. Beaver Run itself is a fun resort, especially for kids. While it’s a bit of a walk to the ski lockers, once there it’s a true walk-out to the lift. The owner provided perfect details so it was easy to park, find our room, access all the amenities the resort offers, and we even found the ski lockers quickly and easily. The furniture was comfy and cozy and the beds were clean and nice. We did get a little warm the first night in the unit and ended up turning the heat off completely and it was wonderful for the rest of our stay. I really appreciated the communication from the owner with recommendations for local restaurants. The skiing was fun and everything was so easy to access. From picking up our ski passes and rentals to dinner on our final night, we truly enjoyed our stay! ##### Hailey K. Perfect space for our family of 4 to spread out and relax after shredding the slopes. We enjoyed the games that come with the place and being able to make ourselves a quick breakfast before first chair. Walked into town for dinner and shopping several nights. Condo very clean and host was accessible to communicate with . Our stay at Four O’Clock was absolutely perfect for our family of 5\. The location, amenities, and supplies made everything so easy and accessible. It was absolutely the best way to enjoy the mountain and the town of Breckenridge. Everything was steps away or easily accessible by the shuttle. The mountain was at our doorstep and we had all the amenities of the resort at Beaver Run. The views were gorgeous and the space was perfectly appointed. The games and puzzles made it fun to gather as a family. The hosts are extremely gracious and responsive. Thank you; we truly hope to return! ##### Laura P. Hosts were immediately responsive (including on check-in day of Easter Sunday) and the condo was better than advertised. Very close to everything one would need with minimal walking (ski lift, ski rentals, market, pool/hot-tub, garage) and property has ideal amenities for families. Would stay again. ##### Bill T.
