This renovated condo for your family offers a true vacation experience! Our space is perfect for your family gatherings with plenty of space for adults to sit and create memories, as well as a loft play area for the kids. The two bathrooms have large spacious showers including a steam shower located in the master bathroom. Free wifi and Flat Screen TV with cable tv including HBO, Showtime and Netflix access. Full Kitchen with Granite Countertops, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker and everything you need to prepare your meals. Sawmill Creek condos are among the most conveniently located in Breckenridge. Ski in via the 4 o'clock ski run at the base of Peak 8, steps away from main St and the gondolas. Enjoy the convenience of grabbing a quick coffee at Clint's in the morning, or skiing down Peak 8, into the condo for an easy lunch or into town to grab a bite! You can't find a better location than this for accessing both the slopes and the charming town of Breckenridge! We offer free covered parking for 1 vehicle and a private locked ski locker for your ski equipment. The bus to the lifts couldn’t have been easier and we loved being so close to Main St and everything in Breckenridge. The ski in trail was closed some of the time but we were able to use it the days it was open and it worked great. The bus home is no problem though. We loved that we could catch the bus right outside the door to any lift in the morning and ski all the way back to the condo in the afternoon. In the evenings it was a five minute walk to eat out or shop. The condo was just the right size for our group and was well appointed with all the basics we needed to cook meals in when desired. We definitely enjoyed the steam shower in the master bath and the community hot tub after long days on the slopes. We did not have any issues and definitely recommend this condo. ##### Cori C. Our host was a super responsive communicator. I generally don’t have to communicate with the host much but this time I had several questions and she always responded immediately.We had a full house but had plenty of room. The loft was great for our teens. There was toys and items for younger kids as well.We love the ski locker right outside the entrance so there was no need to bring our gear inside. There were sleds to borrow as well.We love the ski in and the bus stop is located right outside for a quick ride to a lift or to the gondola.Unit was stocked fairly well which is never expected but always appreciated. The location is really incredible- easy walk to restaurants, and skiing is super accessible. Wish I understood the overflow parking situation a bit better prior to arrival, would not have changed me picking this condo but It would have been much more helpful to know that the overflow lot is not part of the condo, it’s a pay city lot, about a 10 min drive away from the condo. Overall, the bedroom setup & the location were just perfect for our group. ##### kelly F. The condo was in an amazing location with easy ski-in option. The living area was comfortable for our family of 5 to hang out after skiing, watch a movie and chill. There is a lovely dining room table that we did not use to eat, but completed an awesome puzzle that we found in the living. There are lots of puzzles and games included! The kitchen was well stocked and we ate breakfast before we left for the day. The 2 full baths were updated and nice, could have used a ½ bath - there were times when for 5 people the 2 bathrooms were not enough. The place is on the 3rd floor but the elevator operated fine. The condo could use better updated lighting. The TV in the master was not operational. The carpet is pulling up in the living room and looks like it could be replaced. We really enjoyed our time and recommend this spot! ##### jill K. Was disappointed with lack of wash cloths(only one in Master bath. Kitchen sink had slow drip which should be looked at. Other then that, the unit was a great fit for our family visit ##### John K.
