A PERFECT VACATION HOUSE - A dramatic two-story foyer filled with light greets you as you enter the 5800 square foot, three-level home. SPORTS -- Close to skiing and snow boarding. Just minutes from the slopes in Breckenridge and a short drive to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Cross-county skiing nearby. Also close to water sports at Lake Dillon, hiking along many mountain trails with gorgeous views, and bike trails. GOURMET KITCHEN with six-burner Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, two dishwashers, two sinks, wine cooler, microwave, bar area, walk-in pantry, two ovens, complete sets of dishes and glassware, kitchen utensils, wide range of cookware, kitchen towels, spices, toaster, two coffee makers, placemats and napkins, granite counters and a large island topped with Brazilian hardwood with seating for five at the two kitchen islands. LIVING AND DINING ROOMS - watch the sun set over Quandary from a leather sofa and chairs. Includes a Smart TV and large gas fireplace. The dining room table seats 8 and has a view the largest Aspen stand in the area. Hardwood floors throughout the first floor. FIRST FLOOR PRIMARY SUITE -- King bed, TV, gas fireplace, 15-foot ceiling, down comforter, door to back yard with fire pit and hot tub. Bathroom features double sinks, tumbled marble tile, jetted tub with fireplace, enormous shower with 6 shower heads and rain forest shower head and a vast walk-in closet. DECK -- off the living room and dining area is a large deck with a gas grill, table with umbrella and chairs for outdoor eating. Great mountain views! UPPER LEVEL -- Two bedrooms, the Quandary Mountain View with queen bed, TV, balcony, desk, and a very large picture window with view of Quandary. Separate ensuite bath with vessel sink, glass tiled shower/bath tub. Other upper level bedroom, Forest View, has captain's bunk bed with pull out trundle sleeps four, desk, TV, balcony overlooking back yard with hot tub and fire pit. Perfect for kids. Separate ensuite bath with vessel sink and glass-tiled shower/bath tub. OFFICE -- If you want to work, there are three desks in the house, one in the study area outside the two upstairs bedrooms. Above the desk are windows facing Quandary. The desk has the router and modem for the full house updated internet WiFi. Two other desks -- one in the Forest View bedroom and one in the Quandary Mountain View room off the study area. You can close the doors on all three rooms for quiet. The three desks face windows and have comfortable desk chairs. FAMILY ROOM -- On the lower level, the large family room has a TV, sofa and comfortable chairs, a bar with stools and refrigerator and a wine room. off the Family Room is the pool room with a Smart TV. SECOND PRIMARY BEDROOM -- The lower level has a second primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, separate ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/bath tub . PERFECT FOR FAMILIES -- We have a Pack "N Play with a sheet and a Pooh Bear blanket in the closet in the downstairs master bedroom, a crib on the lower level and a high chair in the pantry. There are baby/toddler gates on all the stairs. Dishes and utensils for toddlers. GARAGE -- heated garage. LAUNDRY ROOM -- main floor with washer and dryer with laundry detergent and laundry tub. Ironing board and iron included. LINENS -- All linens provided. Towels, sheets, down comforters for all bedrooms and baths. Warm blankets in the living room for sitting by the fireplace. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. The hot tub looked as though it had never been used. The kitchen is a chefs dream and had everything we needed to make some amazing meals! Far enough out of town to feel like a sanctuary, but close enough to drive just a few minutes to slopes, dining, activities, etc. Marion, the host, was incredibly prompt with communication. She also had a Christmas tree put up for us. Everyone had plenty of space and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. The boys came up for a ski trip weekend and could not have been happier with our stay at the mid beautiful home. All the bedrooms were laid out nicely, the kitchen is HUGE!! And they have done such a great job making sure you have all the necessities to enjoy your stay. One night it snowed 6” and the next morning we woke up to a freshly blown driveway, clean and ready for us to depart to the base. Don’t let this home being 5 miles out of town scare you, it’s a very short drive to downtown. We skied Breck, Copper and Keystone from here and had a group of 8\. Such a blast, would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone hands down!!! ##### Jason S. We needed space for my 3 daughters and 2 new son in laws celebrating Christmas with our extended family. They were blown away by the size, beauty, and 'warm family' feel of the home. It was awesome and anyone considering a home away from home for an unforgettable family experience. This is your place. Pricey? Yes. Worth it, Yes as well. ##### Wade C. The kitchen is big and fully stocked for baking and cooking; one of the best in all the homes we’ve rented. Lots of space in all areas, including the porch. We never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was more than adequate. Linens, all paper products and household staples were in abundance. Marion was easy to communicate with and willing to help us in changing our rental dates, due to airline issues. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and we’d go back again. ##### angela W. Nice views. Very responsive host and manager. Hot tub worked well. Pool table was a lot of fun. Garage and mud room worked out perfectly. We parked 1 large vehicle in garage and 2 large vehicles on driveway with no issues. TVs a little tricky to operate and log in to YouTube TV - no cable channels. Wi-Fi worked great. Bring your own pillows if you're picky. Overall very happy with our stay and recommend this house. ##### Steve K. The wifi is the only thing that was hit or miss for us as it frequently went out if more than 1 or 2 people were using it. We imposed a no wifi moratorium during the Super Bowl as we air played it from our devices to the TV, & it still cut out a few times. BUT honestly, we were there to hang out together and spend time not on devices so this was a minor inconvenience. We loved this house, check in and out were easy and we would recommend this house to anyone coming to Breck! ##### Tracy A. Host is very helpful, readily available, and has insured home is well appointed with everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient.
