This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O'clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed. This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. \*\*This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. La primera el colchon King de la recamara principal necesita cambio, te hundes en el centro de la cama. La segunda fue que la colcha extra en la recamara secundaria tenia una especie de moho y no la usamos. Very easy walking access to Main Street restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious for when we’re at the lodge. The hot tub was great and one was close enough to our unit. Instructions for checkin/checkout including other info for during our stay was readily available online and informative. Close to the snowflake lift (5-min walk up 4 O’clock Rd), close to several bus stops, and a 5-minute walk from downtown. This condo was perfect for our group! Slept 4 adults and 1 teen very comfortably. The condo was very clean and we loved the open concept (kitchen, dining, and living room) so we could all visit. Loved the decor and furniture too. It is definitely in walking distance to snowflake ski lift but there is a bus across street on main road if the altitude is not your friend as was our case from Michigan. Overall definitely recommend this place! Oh and management super quick responses to our questions! ##### Jennifer C. Cubbard was a little bare. Would have appreciated having cooking spray. And an ice maker that worked. Only real negative: It is not a true ski in / ski out. Ski in comes with having to cross a street and walk 3 buildings back. Fine for adults but not for children. And same walk out to jump on bus to ski lifts. Buses ran on time and were not a problem. ##### Blaine H.
