The balcony provides an opportunity to enjoy the incredible views while using the amazing hot tub. Relax day or night. The hot tub is shared with the large unit next door, which can be booked concurrently with this property.
Back inside, the living room has a television and magnificent rock fireplace for your enjoyment. A dining space, with seating for four, is against the windows near the sofa. Between the sofa and dining area is a window seat perfect for relaxing, reflecting, or pondering your next activity. With seating for two, the breakfast bar sits opposite the dining space.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with tons and tons of counter space for creating amazing culinary delights. Awash with natural light and incorporating granite countertops, the amazing views make preparing a home-cooked meal or brewing your morning cup of happiness a truly pleasurable experience.
The large bedroom features a king bed, dresser, nightstand, television, vaulted ceiling, and lots of Colorado sunshine. Attached to the bedroom is the full master bathroom. Great condo in the heart of Breckenridge Historical District.
The condo is an adorable one bedroom with a great living area and terrace. It has a fantastic stone fireplace and a steam shower in the bathroom. Additionally there’s a nice hot jacuzzi on ther terrace that you share with the other unit. There also a washer dryer which is a must when you’re skiing. It’s a short walk to the gondola and there’s great restaurants right downstairs. It’s a great overall find. I just don’t understand the owners and manager fees which has become a thing lately. Those fees are never mentioned in the listing and is simply a way to charge a lot more money than the list price. Otherwise it’s a great place.

Wedding Weekend
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend for our son's wedding. The place was great, very clean, and in a perfect location...one block from Main Street. The dedicated off-street park was extremely convenient in downtown Breck. We could easily walk to anything, including most of the wedding weekend venues and Breckenridge's Oktoberfest. We had a really nice stay here and would highly recommend it.

Great stay, but frustrating communication...
TLDR; beautiful condo, very well-equipped and in a great part of town. Do not hesitate to book! However...I was both disappointed and frustrated by my attempts to communicate with the management company. I booked the unit 4 months in advance. In fact, we changed our travel dates to be able to stay here. There were several issues that came up prior to our arrival (confusion over check in time, questions about area attractions, ability to store luggage, etc.) that came up. Whoever was responding to my emails from the management company was very unaccommodating. I totally get that Breck was busy this summer and that this condo was in high demand. However, when you get an email that says "contact us for early check-in or late check out", you expect there's a chance you can be accommodated. It got to the point were I seriously considered cancelling. Fortunately, this story has a happier ending. The day we were due to arrive, it felt like a different person was responding to my emails! This person was a lot nicer and much more accommodating. They were able to let us check in an hour earlier. (FWIW there is a ski closet on the ground floor where you could store your luggage. It is unlocked, but there is a door code of the front door, so your things should be pretty safe). Once this new person started responding to me, things went much better. So these comments may or may not impact your stay and as I said, the condo is awesome! We particularly enjoyed Semplice for morning coffee and Aurum for dinner and happy hour. I would definitely return.
