You'll enjoy the inspiring mountain views as you relax in the comfort of our townhouse.
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds. The master has a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower & tub. Two other upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower. There is a queen sized hide-a-bed couch available on the main level as well.

The living area has a fireplace and 55" HD cable TV with comfortable seating that looks out on ten-Mile Range and the Breckenridge slopes. The dining table easily accommodates 8. In addition, there is seating at the kitchen counter for another 6 to talk with the chef or have a casual meal or drink.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking and eating utensils you would expect to find in a home used for year around use. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.

There is a half bath on the main level. In-floor heating throughout the townhouse makes for quiet and very comfortable living conditions.

Our deck is outfitted with a Weber gas grill and have a private hot tub just off our deck.

We have 2Gbps cable internet service thru Xfinity/Comcast.

There is an attached heated single car garage

Great location

The house and neighborhood was excellent. A shuttle picked us up from the driveway to take us into town for skiing. I was under the impression this was a stand alone home, when in reality it is connected on both sides to another home. However, this is a very quiet neighborhood and no one was on either side of us the entire time we stayed. I am very pleased with this stay.

Perfect condo for fun and family time.

Three bedroom condo allowed our two adult children & spouses (and first grandbaby) to have their own bedroom. Enjoyed days of skiing, cooking, playing games & the private hottub.Garage access and the ski rack was helpful as well.Quiet and friendly neighborhood for scenic walks. Hope to stay here again.

Love spot for ski vacation.

We and our friends really enjoyed this house. It was warm and spacious, with a full kitchen, relaxing hot tub and all the amenities. The surrounding development is quiet and the people are friendly.

Great Mountain Retreat

My family of 5 (parents + 3 teens) stayed here as a home base for spring skiing as it was the perfect location to hit Breck, Vail and Keystone (on EPIC pass) during our week stay. Clean, very cute and warm with everything a family would need, including in-unit washer and dryer and stocked kitchen. Hot tub was amazing after long day on slopes and grill heavily used. The owner was very helpful in giving advice on the area, grocery stores and was attentive to texts with questions. We had a few small issues that once the owner addresses it would take it to a 5-star from my 4-star: 1/ The A/V situation is fine but not great especially with teens and trying to watch Netflix. The audio on the TV is hard to hear and we have 3-4 times where the internet service was down so no streaming (started a movie but couldnt finish it), etc. The owner said it typically works perfectly so perhaps we had a one-off issue with internet? 2/ Small garage - the Tahoe barely fit and everyone had to get out before pulling in. Again, super minor. 3/The living room area, while a very nice space felt crowded during the week with 5 of us. Just a couch and 2 kinda formal chairs. A larger L-shaped couch for people to lounge around would provide a better feel. Overall a great place even with these small points and we would stay here again in a minute.

Fantastic vacation

We had a fantastic and relaxing trip. Easy check in. Clean and well stocked with all needed amenities. My wife and I stayed at Noral & Cindy’s Breck townhouse for four months. The place was beyond as advertised, exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable, kitchen had everything you need, well maintained hot tub, good location just outside of town near golf course with convenient access to many hiking trails. Great communication with owners.

Wonderful home & location

We already knew we loved the Highland Greens neighborhood. The location between Breckenridge and Frisco is ideal, the area is easy to get into and out of, and the square footage you get and the quality of home is amazing. The hot tub was icing on the cake. We felt like this was our own home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, even some spices. And checking it was incredibly easy. The only thing we had issues with was the WiFi, at times, when most of us were on our computers trying to work. The owners were also great to work with and were responsive to all of our questions. We will be back!

This location is beautiful. The views out the patio door is spectacular. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Home was well stocked and made for a very comfortable get away. Shuttle service made getting to the slopes super easy. The condo is just outside of the downtown area which was perfect for our family. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Awesome location!

We had a great time during our stay. Excellent location in the townhouse community. The private hot tub was a great treat after a day of skiing. The community bus was great when we didn’t want to drive to the slopes. The location is ideally between downtown Breckenridge and Frisco. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Above and Beyond

I rented this place as a way to combine a wedding and a family ski trip. The house is perfect, cozy and a great spot to explore the surrounding town of Breckenridge and Frisco. But the memories from this experience would not have been possible without Noral and Cindy who went above and beyond the call of duty to solve numerous (and I mean numerous) logistical issues that arose. Fabulous place and location!

We loved our 11 night stay and would love to stay here again. Great additions like a plug in strip by each bedside, a humidifier for each room, a standing fan, soap in each bathroom, etc. were great touches to make our stay extra comfortable and perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes/pans we needed. The location was perfect for access to Breckenridge and Keystone as well as a great trail to hike in the snow and take pictures. Perfect Getaway

We spent a a wonderful week in this lovely townhome. The kitchen was well stocked and we put it to good use too. They have a great deck with seating to relax and also enjoy grilling. We loved the peace & quiet of the neighborhood too. The location is perfect for quick access to fun Main Street and visiting Frisco & Dillon. This was our first visit to Breckenridge and we will return and hope to rent this Highland property again. Thank you!
