Our group is over forty and the house reminded us of the 90’s and we loved it. Sometimes a throwback is good! This home would not be great for elderly folks with the steep driveway and stairs but great for a spry big group. Parking is frustrating cause there are plenty of spots in the drive way. We had a great time, especially with how close the house is to town. Short drive is nice after being on the slopes for hours. The house is secluded, has a very "homey" feel and has lots of great games to play. The hot tub, although extremely hot, was nice to relax in after a long day of skiing. The only negative experience was how long it took to BBQ. This could have been caused by the low level of the propane tank or the cold weather. But other than that, we had a great experience. Mar 6, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Awesome house with scenic views. We had a great time staying at the Blue River house! The house is very spacious, which was nice for our large group to have room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed for us to cook meals at home. The hot tub is a fantastic plus. The views of the mountains from the main floor make for a truly picturesque setting. Would definitely recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles if staying here in the winter, we could not have made it up to the house without it!
