The house is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. The outside deck has a gorgeous view of the sunrise and sunset. The younger adults really enjoyed the hot tub and playing Halo in the media room. The location is just a short drive from downtown Breckenridge and it’s easy to move around Summit County.The management company is the best I’ve ever worked with!! Their communication was thorough and they responded to an issue we had with a door lock immediately. The house was very clean! The only two things that bothered us were no mattress covers on the beds, and the mattresses were not super comfortable to us. They were all foam mattresses which none of us are use to sleeping on. The house was incredibly spacious and allowed for our family to spend some quality time together! Similar to the note on the property description - make sure you have an AWD! The house is off of a windy uphill road and with the snowy conditions, it is an absolutely must to have an AWD. ##### Jody L.
