Please Note: A parking fee will be charged at check-out by Beaver Run Resort. Fees are $15 per day Summer and Fall (after closing of the Beaver Run SuperChair through Thanksgiving) and $42 per day Winter (Thanksgiving through closing of the Beaver Run SuperChair).

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for groups of up to eight people. Beaver Run Resort is one of the best locations for access to Breckenridge Ski Resort with easy ski-in, ski-out access in the winter and fantastic hiking and biking access in the summer. If you want to hit the town for dinner or some shopping, just hop on the free shuttle stop that’s a stone’s throw away. You’ll love the pool and hot tubs that overlooks the slopes, as well as the grilling area with seating overlooking the Beaver Run Superchair.

Skiing with two kids has never been easier. Everything we needed was onsite - store, restaurants, ice cream, pool, hot tub, parking, and most importantly lockers for ski equipment with amazingly easy access to the lift!

Not bad ski in ski out great. The room was dated and just way too hot for me personally but thankfully there was a portable AC in the master bedroom otherwise I'd of been miserable

Five-star resort in an absolutely perfect location

This is a terrific resort in the best location for ski-in, ski-out access. It's great for both ski season as well as off-season mountain activities. There is access to several restaurants, shops, activities, and pretty much everything you could want. The condo is well-furnished, with up-to-date everything and a good kitchen. You can't ask for more.

The condo was well furnished and conveniently located near town. The property manager was east to contact when I had a question. The only criticism I have was the early morning workers painting the balconies as the heavy equipment emitted exhaust near the windows.

Property wasn’t cleaned well and in need of a major update. Outdoor furniture was useless as the seating was broken. We could not use outside because of that. The balcony was trashed. A deep clean has not occurred in ages.

Good Location!

We enjoyed walking into town from this VRBO. We did have a few maintenance requirements with a clogged sink and light bulb but someone was sent the next day and they issues were fixed. Some things were more dated than other apartments in the facility. The chairs on the patio were broken so we unfortunately did not get to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous view. I don’t think the listing does the view justices the ski lift wasn’t in use but it would be nice to go during ski season and people watch! Overall, if you’re okay with your bedrooms upstairs and want a good view, then stay here!

Clean & comfortable

Had a wonderful time at the condo - it’s very, very close to Breckinridge and worked perfectly for renting skis, storing them in the ski locker, and hustling our son to his ski lesson in the morning. Hot tubs were busy after skiing but it was a busy weekend. Condo itself was as-advertised; clean and comfortable. I was a little surprised that there was a daily charge when we got there to park our car, but having it so close - in the middle of the base of the ski resort - was very helpful. Would definitely go back. Plus the owners were very responsive.

Quick Trip to Breck

Overall stay was good. Have stayed at Beaver Run prior in similar unit. Warmer outdoor temperatures caused upstairs to get very warm. A mobile a/c unit was provided but was very loud when on. A note in the property description regarding no A/C would have been helpful specific to master bedroom. Guest bedroom down hall had ability to open window which helped that bedroom. Unit in need of deep clean. Balcony was very dirty and balcony chairs in need of replacing. Would have liked to have seen Keurig but did use drip coffee maker with provided coffee and filters was nice. Kitchen well appointed with all the supplies you could ask for. Newer appliances. Hot water in shower was challenging, took a while for it to come to temp. We enjoyed our stay overall, great location and steps to everything. Walking distance to Burro Trail which we frequented. Resort Amenities very nice especially for family. Would stay again.
