The location and amenities were exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the salt water hot tub under the pine trees after a long day of exploring Breckenridge and vicinity. We made daily use of the pool table, dart board along with the flat screen TV's in every room. Communication with Mark was simple and quick and contributed to a seamless check in and check out process. Additionally the fenced in yard was a HUGE plus for us as it gave our Dog room to run around when we weren't taking him for walks through the lovely mountain neighborhood. Though a mention of it being located on a gravel road would have been helpful to know on what to expect in terms of managing open windows in summer (layers of dust inside the house) and the layers of dust on the cars. They did water down the road a couple times per day to manage within the community, which helped. Had an issue with the fridge that we were able to address effectively by contacting owner which was met with prompt response.
