LOCATION – Location is everything. Located just steps from the free shuttle and only three blocks from Main Street you will be able to take advantage of everything you came to Breckenridge to do. You can step outside your front door and hop on the free shuttle to take you to the slopes quickly. For even more activities, nearby Carter Park offers sledding in the winter and outdoor tennis courts and a children's playground in the summer.

AMENITIES – This condo has two spacious bedrooms. The master with a queen bed and a private bath and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk which shares a bath with the common area. End your day relaxing in the living room to warm up by the fireplace while watching TV on the flat screen. Enjoy a drink on the deck that overlooks neighboring Carter Park in the evening. On-site complex amenities include an indoor lounge area, an outdoor hot tub and patio area, a heated parking garage, ski storage and laundry facilities.

We took the kids skiing for Spring Break, and this condo was perfect! So many details that made it seem like home, with comfy beds, plenty of towels, and nice cookware. We loved the hot tub and used the trolley every day.

This property is very well located and well stocked. Everything is in great condition and is warm and inviting. The photos really don't do it justice. The view from the balcony is trees and a local park where we went sledding multiple times. Walking distance to a lot of things, plus the free trolley stops right outside. You will need an all wheel drive tho. Communication was excellent plus they send you tons of info on the area, very well organized. I would be happy to stay here again.

The Atrium is a great property with all the amenities. It’s located on the bus route that drops you off at Beaver Run by the lift. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

Wonderful stay at the Atrium close to Main Street. 1/2 mile walk about. We walked to dinner every night. The trolley bus just outside the building takes you right to the gondola to go to gondola 1 at Breck. Super convenient. Home was beautifully decorated and very clean.

This condo was the perfect place for my group of 4 adults during our ski trip. We easily could’ve fit 2 more people here too. The condo was super clean and the breck free ride bus system was so convenient. Just steps from the front door! Would stay here again.

We decided to take mid week little trip to Breckenridge while my daughter was on Christmas break and really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet, clean, well managed and had a close hot tub onsite. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a good experience. The property was very clean and well managed, but a bit dated and in need of some repairs. The entry is off of an atrium common area, which means the kitchen and bedroom had windows facing into the interior common space. Location is just a few blocks off of Main Street, so generally walkable for dining/shopping. The app provided with information about the room, activities, dining etc. is excellent!

Property manager was awesome with helping us rebook, due to a last minute medical issue. Great location, clean, good size for 4 to 6 adults. Common atrium space seems like a huge waste of space, plus it’s kind of dark and needs updating. Fortunately, it’s just a space you walk through to get to your unit. Kitchen was well equipped, but needs a new toaster.

Great condo but there were some issues No tea kettle noise bleed through from condo above Washing machines and dryers can only use an app which did not work on 1/2 of the available dryers hot tub was under repair for our whole stay This being said the condo was very clean and well appointed.

Wonderful stay at this property over Spring Break. It was perfect...Private, yet conveniently located close to slopes, Main Street, and anything else you could want in Breck. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals in (blender, crockpot, pots/pans, spices). Would definitely stay here again.

Liked the unit itself, not crazy about the larger building. Carpet down to garage and in lobby area needs replacing/cleaning/updating. Wish the master had a king bed and screens on windows.
