One dining chair had a broken leg which had been previously repaired. Front desk responded quickly and removed the chair. I think that bad smell is not only because of the old facility but also because there were too many people cooked foods years in years out. We didn’t use hot tubs and gym so they didn’t matter to us at all. They level their apartments as A, B, C, D , E, F, in which A is the lowest one. It will be a big factor if you have a lot of belongings since there’s no elevator. Anyway, I still recommend this apartment to those who travel with tight budget. ##### Phong P. (No air conditioning) Blind missing on sliding glass window. Rugs present a safety hazard. Property mgr unavailable to address complaints. We left after one night.
