We really enjoyed the close proximity to snowflake for easy ski in/out access. The property was clean and cozy. The tv was a little high on the wall in the living room and it would have been nice to have a slightly larger hot tub (tight squeeze for 5 adults). The house layout of three bedrooms -1 king and 2 queen was exactly what we were looking for with our family group of 5 adults, however the hot tub is only a 2 or very cozy 3 person one. Not ideal. In addition the hot tub and surrounding area is in need of clean up and maintenance. The gas fire is also in need of maintenance as is the dishwasher kick plate. The fridge needs multiple replacement shelves in the door and as for the placement of the TV in the living room, it really isn’t set up to be watched. We own our own rental property so know well that these sorts of experiences can truly affect the whole vacation experience. A little TLC would go a long way. ##### Sally M. We had a blast and the house was perfectly set up for us. Comfy suite upstairs with a great bathroom, two very nice bedrooms downstairs and plenty of room for our nephew to run around. Location is perfect. 40-50 yard walk down to the snowflake lift and it’s easy to get on and off the mountain efficiently. Especially, in COVID time as we could be safe while vacationing. Breckenridge is a delightful place. This was the first time I've done anything like this......so we were pleased. All went well. There were some things in the condo that needed some attention.
